Everything. The room was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are quiet and we never heard any outside street noise. The restaurant is great - everything we had was great and the best chips / fries I have ever had. Breakfast is also great and good value for a hotel. Lastly the staff are lovely. The people and their service are phenomenal! They are always smiling and very helpful. I left my asthma inhaler in the room and only remembered it after check-out; they helped me get my medicines without hassle. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was quite nice, too!

If you like 70s retro, this is perfect; because it's not retro, it's the real thing. Built in the early 70s, less modernised and more very well maintained, it's kept it's 70s look and feel. The rooms are small, but comfortable and spotless. The staff are friendly & helpful, especially the night porter & driver who arranged transport to the airport for me. They are in the process of updating many of the rooms. I really hope they keep a handful they way they are.

In my humble opinion, Glasgow is the best city in Scotland.

In my humble opinion, Glasgow is the best city in Scotland. The shopping is second to none especially the Marks and Spencer’s in Argyle Street. There are so many great places to eat. The tourist attractions are great and there is something for everyone. What really makes Glasgow special is its people- so friendly and welcoming.

I didn't know Glasgow Airport was in Paisley!

I didn't know Glasgow Airport was in Paisley! I was only in the airport. I went straight to Glasgow and never saw or knew I was in the vicinity of a separate town called Paisley. I'm sure it's a lovely historic town, but I've never been there. The airport was fine, as airports go. The Marriott Hotel was great, like all the other Marriott hotels.

Beautiful area, it would have been better if it hadn’t rained most of the week. Our last day was bright and sunny so we saw it at its best. We had a couple of great meals at the Queen of the Loch in Balloch, lovely carvery. There is a lovely gift shop, Loch Lomond gift house, run by a very helpful lady who gave us a map of the area and showed us places to go. The boat tour of the Loch was very interesting and informative.

Location perfect . Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff polite and friendly. Good breakfast. The only fault we found was the disabled room located at the end of a long corridor, As far away from the lift as possible. We requested a room near the lift? We are both 78 and disabled

The room was very run down.

The room was very run down. Not worth the money I paid for it. If you are looking for a bit of luxury, go elsewhere. The spa is also shut at the moment. Walking to the restaurant for breakfast I saw a lot of water damage in the corridors as well. I think the whole hotel needs a revamp and I wouldn’t recommend a visit.

The shopping centre is pretty good with a variety of shops. I also enjoyed the cinema which was very comfortable. Renovations were being carried out but didn't detract from the enjoyment of the visit. The walk along the canal was pretty and relaxing. I'd have liked a trip to the museum but sadly it's closed at weekends. Don't miss a trip to nearby Bowling canal basin. The boats and old buildings make it very pretty. This is a beautiful spot with lovely vistas and a great wee eatery at Paton's Place. Great coffee.

It was a lovely wee gem of a hotel and brilliant value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. All the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with very friendly and efficient.
