One of the best evenings that we have ever had.
Parked our car at the station (very easy) and took the train up. We were greeted warmly and given a room immediately. Warm, cosy room. All in wood. Great toilet.
Had a cappuccino, shower and then went down for the evening.
Lovely views.
An array of drinks. Including cocktails and single malts. An excellent 3 course dinner with choices... We lingered for 2 to 3 hours.
Comfortable nights. Great linen.
After a restful sleep had an amazing breakfast... Short walk too

The spa was also very appreciated. When I went, the sauna was fantastic but the steam room was not quite hot enough. Nevertheless, it was relaxing and there was tea, nice showers and lockers.
The room was very clean and modern, and a very good size. Good shower pressure!

United KingdomWe stayed at the property for one week over Christmas in a suite. It was what you would want over that period - very warm and cozy with stunning views of Mont Blanc. The outdoor soaking tub and sauna offered majestic views if the snow covered trees and Alps. Given its a small property, we usually had the spa facilities to ourselves. The restaurant is proper fine dining with a great chef leading the kitchen. Very short walk to Brevant ski area of Chamonix (which is the largest and only connected ski area in Chamonix - Brevant/Flegere). The staff were incredible - very attentive, polite and resourceful. The housekeeping staff would even walk our small dog while we left for a few hours to ski.

The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Chamonix Sud bus stop and close to shops, restaurants, and cable cars, making it easy to explore the stunning Mont Blanc area.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had incredible mountain views. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. We loved the lively communal areas, including the bar and restaurant, which offered great food and a fun après-ski atmosphere.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Overall, Plan B strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and value – a great choice for anyone visiting Chamonix!

🌟 A Perfect Alpine Getaway! 🌟
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Odalys Prestige Residence Isatis! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif right from our balcony.
The location is peaceful yet perfectly situated for exploring Chamonix and the surrounding areas. We loved the easy access to hiking trails and the serene atmosphere after a day of adventure.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The wellness area with the heated pool was a dream—especially after long days outdoors.
We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout, which made it feel like a home away from home.
We would absolutely recommend this residence to anyone looking for a relaxing yet luxurious mountain escape. Can’t wait to return!

Kudos to the customer service of this hotel. We had to shorten our stay since our bus got cancelled. They were able to accommodate the changes and was able to issue a refund even tho we booked for a non-refundable rate. They also offered a discounted breakfast and other add-ons on which you can book online, making your stay more smooth & hassle-free.
The property is located very near the Aiguille du midi lift and the Chamonix Village. It’s also near the Flixbus Bus Station. I highly recommend their breakfast! It’s a very good value for money. The croissants are fresh and the coffee is very good too. There is a machine where you can get your fresh orange juice. The Mont Blanc view from the balcony is AMAZING! Overall, great experience for a first timer in Chamonix. We will return!

We decided spontaneously to come to Chamonix and we fell in love with this beautiful town and the awesome hotel. The highlight is not only the pool and jacuzzi at the top floor, but the rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy and charming. Option for couples is definitely!

Great place for our arrival night to Chamonix to sleep before we start the TMB track. A bit outside the center of Chamonix (stores and restaurants) but right above the bus station which is useful also to get the ride and start the track in the nearby village

Poco Loco was as good as ever.
Poco Loco was as good as ever. Tried Josephine for the first time and it was excellent food! There 20th - 23rd December. Chamonix was struggling for snow. Fine above the first gondola, but no snow below it. Sign of the times I suppose. Maybe Whistler Blackcomb for the next trip...

Great location if you want to visit Chamonix and Swiss as well. Its 25 min to Mont Blanc and 30 to Martigny (SUI). Its super calm for families, frequent train will take you anywhere, no need to use car. Good if you want to have a calm holiday! In winter for sure great advantage - cablecar next to hotel.

Amazing.y awesome!
Amazing.y awesome! The city, restaurants and speciality shops were wonderful and within walking distance of our apartment just off the pedestrian zone. Food was delicious with lots of different offerings…Japanese, Turkish, local specialities like fondues and meats. Sho owners were friendly and helpful.

We were on a mission to revisit Parc de Merlet with our grandaughter thirty-six years after we took her mother. The Parc delivered, with Chamois, Mouflon and Marmots to enjoy.
The views from accommodation on that side of the valley are the best in the valley.
In Les Houches village, the local patisserie was visited and a different cake enjoyed every day.
There were plenty of paths (including Tour de Mont Blanc) into the forest, for walks from the chalet. Wonderful Alpine wildlife is easy to find.
It was convenient to take the free train into Chamonix and take a ride to Le Brevent then walk the ridge and back to the chalet. We did the Mer de Glas, to from Chamonix. We went up to Bellevue on the teleferique and walked across the alp, finding several wild flowers and even a rare Wart-Biter Grasshopper! We then took the Tramway du Mont Blanc down to Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains and had a lovely afternoon in the beautiful park. There was a very tough Via Ferrata for the over 70s (with 50 years experience) and a Go Ape-type circuit with a rock-climb included in the trail for the 10-year-old and her Mamma, then train back to Les Houches. One weekend evening was lively down in the village, but up on the hill we could sit out in relative calm and stare at the sunset on snowy Mont Blanc, stars and the torch-lights of mountaineers picking their way down. All-in-all, very relaxing.

when returning to area, i would probably not stay in Vallorcine, but in either Chamonix (where all the action is) or even Argentière which has excellent Le Fournil Chamoniard Patisserie (come early, by noon all the great stuff is finished) and grocery store .
I found we had to drive out of Vallorcine for everything

Pros: The chalet is spacious, well located, and looks just like the photos. Beautiful surroundings.
Cons: Very expensive for the experience. Out of 10 days, 5 with no hot water. Support was unresponsive (calls ignored, WhatsApp replies delayed). With small children this was very hard.
