Great location in the park, beautiful historical building with charm. Delicious breakfast with many options, even gluten-free, local products. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful spacious room with a balcony, free toiletries. Our room was in new part/wing, but decorated in the original style. Parking available right behind the building, under our windows.

We stayed here for four days with my wife and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, from those at the reception desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. There’s a spacious free parking area right by the entrance. The breakfasts are very interesting and French-style (cheeses, pâtés, various types of bread, freshly made croissants, a wide selection of yogurts, etc.). The rooms are moderately spacious, clean, and warm. I would gladly come back here next time.

The location almost opposite the cathedral is terrific. We had a room to the backyard overviewing the nearby restaurant (with very good food) and a small balcony as a bonus. The room was not very large but we felt comfortable. The house was older but had a lovely charme.

Mid-sized city with quaint old section (Petite France) and plenty to keep you occupied. Was there during Christmas markets so the crowds were overwhelming. Took a walking tour (very good) and a beer-tasting (also very good). You can walk everywhere and there's an excellent tram system if needed.

Very quiet and convenient location to visit Strasbourg. A tramway goes from Illkirch-Graffenstaden to the centre of Strasbourg and runs every 15 minutes until midnight. Very nice and pleasant dinner at the Auberge du Cerf, including an excellent tartes flambée

The village was lovely and picturesque, we stayed for a family wedding and visited the surrounding villages which were all lovely. The locals were Friendly and the food was delicious. The owner of the property was very helpful, we had a couple of requests such as a kettle and batteries for the remote, which she delivered promptly for us. The Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, although we did manage to use Netflix once or twice. The apartment was very cozy, close to the shops. There was some noise from above during the day but quiet at night. All in all the apartment was cozy, well equipped and had a lovely feel about it, I would recommend it if you are travelling to Alsace, not too far from Strasbourg either.

Visit the Shopping Promenade at night it's an absolute must. Has been a very nice surprise. We went out for a quick dinner after a day in Strasbourg and we found ourselves enjoying in karting, videogames, bowling and VR experiences for hours.

Strasbourg during the Christmas Markets is magical! It’s like being inside a snow globe. Everything is decorated and the spirit is festive! The food is great! We could easily walk everywhere. We enjoyed it so much!

Thanks to the tram stop this area is very convenient for accessing the city centre, there is a little to do in Illkirch, including a few restaurants, and a supermarket on the next tram stop. We used the hotel as a base and travelled into town each day using a 24hr ticket for 1-3 people which was very cost effective. Keen walkers will be able to walk into town. The train station at Krimmeri has links to the tram line, from the train that connects with Baden Baden for those flying in from there.

Christmas time in Strasbourg is like entering a fairy tail . The atmosphere is amazing , the police has made it safe for travellers to scroll throughout the city and the Xmas markets. A short visit to nearby Colmar is a must!
