Due to a storm that passed over Cap Ferret and unleashed 3 weeks of rain in 30 minutes we ended up with a flooded room due to damage to the roof, the staff were really helpful and apologetic to the inconvenience caused. We were refunded the night the flooding occurred and were put in another bigger room the following night. We also had some food in their restaurant and it was good value for money.

Aurelie couldn't have been nicer - so helpful and lovely. She sent me WhatsApp messages and a picture of the front of the accommodation as there wasn't a number on the front gate as well as a detailed guide for activities and places to visit. There was parking outside the front gate and the area is nice and quiet. The accommodation was superb - beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and a real treat to have pancakes with fruit & honey. We walked (about 10 mins) to a nice little Italian restaurant for dinner that evening. It also does take-away which you can bring back to the accommodation.

Such a brilliant place to stay for 9 nights, the pool was great and the villa secure and in lovely surroundings. Great location in easy driving distance to Bordeaux, Cap Ferret, Arcachon and the wine country.

Very clean and well equipped accommodation. Host, Laurence was kind enough to wait an extra 30 minutes until we could get to the camping ground. A very comfortable stay (just 1 night as we were travelling through). Reverse cycle air conditioning was a lovely surprise for such a cheap but cheerful stay.
