Our hosts were fabulous. Brantome is a favourite destination but this was our first time at Chou Chou. The chef provided some inspired menus to suit our vegetarian tastes. An artist at work, and pretty exceptional for France. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Couldn't have been better.

Clean, quiet would be relaxing on a longer stay

Charming and well finished - a very comfortable and restful experience in an ideal location. Everything from the food to flowers was outstanding. The hostess, Sandrine, was kind, professional and accommodating of every request. Plus, little Simba (her French bulldog) was very friendly and entertaining!

Good location. Our friendly hosts went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

The service was SUPERB ! When I asked them a question about the room I wanted to booked, they immediately responded through email, hence I didn’t hesitate to make a reservation. Our room was in the second floor and the hotel didn’t have elevator. HOWEVER, they helped us carry some of our luggage. They were very kind to my 1 year old, making me feel less anxious. Traveling with a baby can be stressful but they made us feel so welcomed so thank you. Eating at the balcony was a beautiful experience. The food was exceptional and again the service was fantastic. Even though we already checked out, they lent us some umbrellas and when it rained.
