Boasting a bar, Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport is situated in Vantaa in the Southern Finland region, 17 km from Bolt Arena and 18 km from Helsinki Olympic Stadium. Delicious breakfast-loved the salmon and their Healthy ginger shots. The room was brand new, comfortable bed, pillows could be improved thou. I loved the location it was perfect for our morning flight, you can already check in your bags the night before when you’re flying with Finnair-just perfect. The experience was incredible, I wish such a hotel could be found around all of the airports in the world. My life would be so much easier.

( Pics uploaded are of the first night we got. Not the 2nd night) We had the luxury of staying here on 2 separate nights as we were heading out to Lapland then came back. Our first night (28-29 Nov) was superb from the moment we checked in till check out. We were greeted by a tall guy and dark hair and a pretty big built at the counter who very kindly offered late check out when we told him of our plans the next day (leaving pretty late to catch the Santa express). We were also assigned room 378 a corner room which was spatially very comfortable! The ceiling was high and the room was an absolute luxury with a very big toilet! The location has to be one of the best as it is located right opposite the train station! A little walk away to the senate square where the Xmas market was but the walk there is very nice so not an issue !

The Folks Hotel Konepaja features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Helsinki. The hotel was close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.
