Beautiful rooms, staff were really welcoming, leisure facilities fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.

EVERYTHING! Can't fault it from the time we arrived to the time we left we were so well.looked after and the glass roof cabins are amazing, super cozy and tranquil. Hot tub was great, food delicious and service brilliant. Hope to come back again. Ollie the reindeer was adorable too. The perfect place to stay.

Very helpful staff, walking distance to everything. Big and comfortable room with a sauna. We didn't use the balcony as it was February but it looked inviting. We definitely would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! We really love this place.

Great location, just 5 mins walk to Ski Centre. Great customer service, all staffs in this hotel are so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast except they do not serve cappuccino or Latte even if you are willing to pay extra
