Very good price/quality ratio. We were provided with a cot for our daughter but also we were surprised to find a baby bath in the shower and a teddy bear as a gift. We absolutely loved the utilities in the room. It looked small but had many hidden design solutions that made it feel more spacious and comfortable like hidden wardrobe, curtains instead of doors, mobile furniture and more. The breakfast was tasty and versatile.

Great location, short trip to Ferry, Very good wifi in room, Max Centre very close for fast food, secure parking for my motorcycle from 11pm to 8am, I still recommend to use locks on your motorcycle like every other hotel. Friendly staff and easy checkin, Bar, breakfast cost 10 euro and well worth it. Room was quiet and large enough for solo or couple.

The beaches and harbour were lovely. It is well worth taking the gondola across the water to the local cafes and old town area. The promenade is long and makes wonderful walking by the sea. There are all kinds of games and water sports available. Getxo is a Spanish resort. Bars in town offer snacks (pintxo) with beer/wine etc. Restaurants are on the promenade reached by lift. Very little English is spoken except in the restaurants on the promenade.

The accommodation was very very good. Clean and Iban the host was super helpful the whole time he came to meet us personally and showed the whole apartment which was the best I've seen in a long time. The asked me if I needed help with anything in the town. We had a little problem and he personally offered all the assistance we could ask from out of hospital own goodness. I will be booking this apartment yearly going forward a really good time and made better by a great accommodation and Host

It’s really an awful place.

It’s really an awful place. I don’t see any good reason to stay there besides work commitments and/or the need to find a cheaper option than staying in Bilbao. In the evening there’s no place around that offers food at normal times, they’re either closed or open only for drinking. I ended up at a Domino’s Pizza after a couple of wasted hours looking for a proper restaurant, on a Sunday evening.

Small town within reach easily of the ferry about 11 minutes to ferry from hotel. Friendly helpful people rooms very clean and warm. This part of Spain is very Green lots of trees reminds me of Wales and also buildings are French oriented some like in ski resorts very lovely countryside.

The Museo de la Paz is impressive, a visit there cannot miss during the trip. For dinner it is necessary to book a tablet in advance, as per all the cities in the Basque Country. With the Eusko train you can reach in 30 minutes some villages on the coast such as Mundaka and Bermeo, very beautiful places. You can buy the Barik card to travel at a very low price on all kind of public transport in Bizkaya.
