We had a great stay overall. The place is a former bakery and you can feel the history in the design and finish. Great contact with the host. We've found everything we needed in the house. It was clean with all the appliances and kitchen utensils. It's also great place for a hike in the surrounding mountains.

A beautiful property in a lovely location with fantastic facilities. Thank you Lola, we thoughly enjoyed our stay with you. From the moment we booked the accommodation Lola was friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning with beautiful views over Eslida and the mountains. Such a peaceful place to stay. The walks were amazing and the local people were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back for a second visit and more walking. There is plenty of parking close by.

Everything was very clean and apartament had everything we needed. Location is in the mountains, in the small city, very nice and cozy. Definitely it was best choice for our stay.

we LOVED staying at Al Colmenar in Chovar. It was such a relaxing destination in the middle of the mountains. The apartment was recently renovated with so much care and attention to detail. We loved the décor and the beds were very comfortable. It was spotless clean and has everything you might need. The house has character so does the town. Gonzalo and his wife are kind and generous and the people in town are also welcoming. We felt part of a small community. The town pool is clean and large and is open till 20:00 in the evening. Our kids loved it. The restaurant at the entrance of the town was excellent and so is the bakery in town. Please remember to bring cash, as the small stores in Chovar only accept cash.
