We have stayed several times. Luis and his wife are very friendly. There used to be an on site restaurant that was run separate to the hotel. That has closed and now luis's wife cooks dinner and breakfast for you. It's very good home cooking. The hotel is an old 13th century manor house set in wonderful gardens. There are a few bars and restaurants 10 mins walk down the road.

The property is beautiful, majestic and very well maintained with large grounds that are superbly maintained. Our room was very generously sized with great amenities. There is generous off street parking and they also have an electric vehicle charging point. We were very impressed!

This is a place in heaven! Beautiful, calm, positioned in the green hills near Santander, this is heaven on earth. The super friendly hosts, Juan and his mother are the kindest people in the world and do everything to make you feel good. The views are sensational. I will go back.

Exceptional and estupendo!!!! Best overnight stay in a while😊 If you think of it:fill up your water bottle at the little fountain 1km on the right side before the hotel. Loved it all!!!
