One of the loveliest hotels! The location is excellent, the room was so cozy I didn’t want to leave, and staff were incredible. Both Dana and Sabrina, whom I had the pleasure of meeting, were very helpful, hospitable and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions about the island and the culture and was provided with a lot of interesting and useful information. Cannot praise both ladies enough! And cannot express well enough just how wonderful the atmosphere at the hotel is. This only choice of hotel in St. Cruz for me. Also, don’t forget to enjoy a great cocktail on the rooftop bar! It has the best view!

Super friendly staff! They welcomed us with a warm smile and even provided me with tee bags and a kettle to cure my cold. The place was very clean and the breakfast delicious.

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area on the sea front. The continental buffet breakfast at 7 euros each is excellent with lots of choice. We were in La Palma as our mother had been emergency disembarked from a cruise to the hospital and the hotel was a perfect base in between visits to see her. The staff as I said before were helpful and caring which meant everything while we were dealing with such a scary situation. We are both very grateful for all their help, thank you.

Stayed here on our final night in La Palma because of its location to the airport and us leaving. What a beautiful hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Pillows nice on the bed too. The parador is a spacious and beautiful hotel. We had pre drinks at the bar before dinner - lovely service. Dinner was excellent too and the waiters were attentive and knowledgable. Would definitely come back and stay again
