We loved this hotel. We did not stay in the main building with the jacuzzis but in the old stone house in the village which was more in line with our tastes. Upon arrival we learned that the restaurant would be closed that evening so we opted to immediately sit done to a nice lunch. The food was some of the best we've had in Spain and the service perfect. The owner gave us plently of tips on how to spend the few hours we had in the area and we used them well driving through the beautiful country roads and visting several Bodegas. It is definately an area and a hotel that we shall come back to.

The house is perfect for a weekend get together. The open space downstairs allows for people to enjoy each others company while doing different activites (e.g. the people cooking can participate in the conversations happening in the sofa corner, because of the open design).
The upstairs rooms are quiet and well insulated, and the shutters keep it nice and dark.
The swimming pool was a treat and we were lucky enough that the weather allowed us to enjoy a swim or two, and there are loads of trails and hike opportunities in the surroundings. Very recommended.

Great place to stay, easy to get to by car from Barcelona (around 45 minutes) and short drive to nearby towns.
Really friendly and helpful team, Raimon was very kind in suggesting taxi companies to get to a nearby wedding. He also kindly provided us with an iron!
Big pool that we basically had to ourselves during our stay.

Was a last minute booking and even still the property was in immaculate condition. The grounds were very well maintained and the rooms were lovely and clean. Staff were very nice and met us on arrival. Would highly recommend

small tip:
At arrival it is not immediately clear where the hotel reception is. Font Rubi has 2 locations within 30 meters. The reception plus restaurant and then the second location with the hotel rooms.
