about the hotel: I have stayed in no less than 10 hotels in Egypt. I want to say that this hotel is the best I have ever seen. very clean and spacious room, incredible view from the window, spacious balcony. I really liked the overall design of the room. good repair done. very cozy. Even the kettle inside is clean!), which was a pleasant surprise. About the cuisine: everything is at a high level, delicious and fresh products!!!! The menu is very well composed. There are dishes of Italian and Egyptian cuisine. There is a children's menu. breakfast was royal. Fresh orange juice, incredible falafel, omelette and potatoes were the most delicious of everything in my life. About the staff: they were the most sincere, honest and very pleasant staff I have ever met. I felt like a queen. The service is excellent!!!! Pleasant background music and beautiful territory!!!!! Clean pool with a comfortable temperature! my respect and sincere respect for this hotel and everyone who took part in my pleasant emotions!!! I give them ten stars! Thank you!!!!! I will definitely come back here.

Great hotel, the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, spectacular location and an amazing view at the sea. Free transport to the cable car which we really appreciated and also free shuttle to their own private beach. Staff go above and beyond to help you all the times. Upon arrival, the access card to the apartment was not yet ready. However, all the documents required by the owner to obtain it had been sent to him 10 days beforehand, as requested by the owner. I had to wait at least two hours to complete the check-in process and obtain the access card and the apartment key, given the large number of vacationers waiting… Furthermore, to access the beach, you have to take the elevator and the pedestrian bridge, and finally reach the beach, which is located along the main road, with the noise of heavy trucks and cars… Furthermore, it was impossible to get sun loungers, or even simple chairs. On the day of departure, the staff of "Porto Sokhna" came to the door several times, starting at 11:00 a.m., to remind me that departure from the apartment must be done by noon exactly, otherwise late fees would be payable!

The places at El Galala are very clean and wonderful.

The places at El Galala are very clean and wonderful. Swimming pools and lagoons are really nice but the road is too dangerous to drive especially at night and there are no enough facilities for the road. The beaches are ok but water (Sea) is always not clean because of the ships throwing their waste in the water which makes it full of oil and not clean to swim in.

If you're renting in Ain Sokhna, expect to cook your own meals or order from nearby restaurants — most places don’t offer full board or all-inclusive packages like in Hurghada or Sharm El-Sheikh, usually just B&B or half board at most. While the weather is pleasant, the beach experience falls short: it’s poorly maintained, unsafe for swimming due to sharp rocks and reefs, and lacks the comfort and cleanliness found in other Red Sea destinations.
