The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Mahmood. The rooms were clean and brand new, good shower. We were able to check in 4 hours early, great central location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The location could not be better. It is literally a stones throw from the train station. Breakfast was excellent, brought up to the room on a tray. Lots of shops for clothes AB’s everything else just outside AB’s down the street. Exceptional value for money.

Very comfortable stay, great hotel, amazing location, the quality of service is nearly 4 star! Best value for money in upper Egypt, that goes for whole city of Qena as well, untouched by mass tourism yet it has a lot to offer.

Located at the gateway to Luxor, Al Moudira Hotel is the only palace situated on the west bank of the Nile. The domes and the patios ornate with arabesque makes up the oriental décor.

Price-quality, the view, but most of all the staff and Sayed treatment. Sayed responded very fast to our questions; even when I could not respond due to internet issues and arived 2 hours later than initially informed, he received us with no problem. The breakfast was personally made for us when we woke up late the next day due to our long travel. After our stay I left some belongings which Sayed brought back to my place and even going beyond he helped us get a SIM card!!! I could not express the gratitude with Sayed (Shukran!!!)...and would recomend with closed eyes your stay. You not only book a hotel you book an experience!

This hotel is a little gem! We truly loved our stay here in this small boutique-hotel. All the staff was so friendly and very service-oriented. Having delicious breakfast on the beautiful rooftop was magical, especially when seeing all the hot air balloons early in the morning! We also had our dinner during our stay which was very good as well! The location is perfect, not far from the Valley of the Kings and Queens. The hotel has an unbeatable view on the Medinat Habu temple which is within walking distance! We found out that the hotel was the first and only hotel on the Westbank. Howard Carter and his team stayed here during the time the tomb of Tutankhamun was discovered so for us this gave an extra dimension to our stay!

This is a great hotel in a quiet area on the West Coast. Our room was perfectly clean and spacious, and the balcony had an amazing view of the Valley of the Kings. The Colossi of Mnemon and the Temple of Medinet Habu are no more than 10 minutes away by foot. You can sleep well here, and at dawn you can enjoy the singing of birds and the view of hot air balloons rising above the valley. The owner of the hotel, Mohammed, is very attentive, tactful and a pleasant person. If you need help, just ask him and everything will be solved. I would also like to note the excellent tasty breakfast. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
