It was a really great experience. The accommodation was exceptional! From the moment of greeting to the final farewell, everything was great. Gaba was a really good host, and helped with everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with good views of the surroundings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they made us feel truly welcome. He makes you feel as a part of the community and we made a good friend! If you encounter problems he is always there to help :) They make a fire in the garden every night and we could spend time with the host, the staff and other guests and share precious times together. The location was also perfect if you are looking for a quiet time to relax with easy access to the best sights in the west bank. Gaba helped us always and organized transportation to the east bank for us. He also organized the travel for us to Aswan and Abu Simbel. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone and will definitely be coming back! This was our first stay in Egypt and it was a welcoming and great experience!
Thank you a lot Gaba!

This is probably my favourite accomodation in all of Egypt. The balloons literally crossed on top of us and you are so close the attractions that makes this place unbeatable. What I found the mot amazing is definitely the food, breakfast and dinner I had there and would absolutely recommend, cooked with such talent and from their own garden (or community), you can't beat the taste, made with generous proportions the price for it is very fair. The bedroom is beautiful and immerse you in the area, the accomodation itself has such a distinct look. Staff is very friendly, this is a place of peace and don't be fooled by those who say it is hard to access the area or get taxis there, this is not true at all.

Located at the gateway to Luxor, Al Moudira Hotel is the only palace situated on the west bank of the Nile. The domes and the patios ornate with arabesque makes up the oriental décor.

The owner made sure to give the best service to us in any way possible, and would definitely stay there again, in a heartbeat. The hotel has its own propietary taxi service which is priced reasonably and saves you from the usual haggles when getting a taxi. The taxi was also clean and the driver was well mannered, and driven us safely and on time.

This hotel is a little gem! We truly loved our stay here in this small boutique-hotel. All the staff was so friendly and very service-oriented. Having delicious breakfast on the beautiful rooftop was magical, especially when seeing all the hot air balloons early in the morning! We also had our dinner during our stay which was very good as well! The location is perfect, not far from the Valley of the Kings and Queens. The hotel has an unbeatable view on the Medinat Habu temple which is within walking distance! We found out that the hotel was the first and only hotel on the Westbank. Howard Carter and his team stayed here during the time the tomb of Tutankhamun was discovered so for us this gave an extra dimension to our stay!
