Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry.
Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning.
Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

SpainWe loved our experience in this beautiful hotel. Everything is made for you to be relaxed. The location, the architecture, decoration, even the way the light is perceived makes you feel at ease. The food was incredible, the best food we had in Egypt by far. They even made their own bread, which was amazing. The service and the facilities are even better than in the pictures: the restaurant offers amazing views to the sea and they even have a library where you can borrow books and relax. Moreover, the hotel is right next to a coral reef that remains untouched and full of live. The hotel can provide you with masks and fins for snorkeling. The people working at the hotel are super nice and will make you feel at home. I would highly recommend to stay at Wadi Sabarah if you are looking to disconnect and relax in the dead sea.

SwitzerlandThe room was spacious and comfortable, great to have Aircon and fridge for this price. The hotel is very new so everything is in almost new condition. The driver, Mahmoud, from the hotel is very safe and very nice. In fact all of the staff are lovely, very welcoming and accommodating.
It's just a couple of euros for a taxi to Marsa Alam centre where you can have a great meal for two people for the same as you pay for a cappuccino in the resort hotels.

The experience was so good that I decided to tell it like a fairy tale... because that's how I felt.
Once upon a time, there was a traveler who, upon crossing the gates of a palace between the sea and the desert, felt like she was entering a fairy tale. From the moment she set foot there, she knew two days wouldn't be enough and she would do whatever it took to extend her stay.
The first welcome was enchanting: the reception team, with bright smiles and impeccable disposition, greeted us as if we were royalty. Every subsequent visit was the same: quick responses, magical solutions, and the constant feeling of being in good hands. Nancy, the great princess of the kingdom, number one, shone especially brightly among them. Always attentive, with luminous energy and boundless kindness, she made me feel contained, supported, and accompanied, as if I had a royal title. She resolved any doubt as if she were brandishing a magic wand capable of ordering the world.
The entertainment staff filled every corner with laughter and music. Among them, Abdo shone as the master of ceremonies: he organized unforgettable shows, and the fire show was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.
In another corner of the palace, I met Ragab, the sage from the beauty salon. He spoke calmly and radiated joy, making me feel beautiful even before I tried his services. He was like a kind oracle who bestowed confidence just by talking.
The Eternal Banquet Hall was another magical chapter. Every day, the chef and his army of cooks served an infinite variety of flavors and colors from all corners of the world. As a vegetarian, I never felt limited: from the first moment, they offered to prepare whatever I wanted, with personalized attention. I still remember a pasta that, I swear, was one of the best of my life.
The second night, like a scene from a romantic story, Nancy organized a romantic dinner on the beach.

I stayed with my family in two Deluxe Sea View rooms (1207 & 1208) from 21–28 August, on our first visit to Marsa Alam. The destination is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, unspoiled nature, and exciting marine or safari activities.
Our stay at the Steigenberger Coraya Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for me and my family, especially since it was our first time at an Adults Only (18+) hotel. The experience was wonderful for anyone looking for peace and relaxation.
Every evening there are enjoyable theatre shows for about half an hour, as well as lively poolside parties, and if your stay includes a Wednesday, you will enjoy a fantastic Bedouin Night with a delicious Mandi dinner and traditional Bedouin shows that add a magical touch to the atmosphere.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their refined manners and elegant service. In particular:
Mr. Bahgat Abdelhamid for his professionalism, and constant presence to ensure guests’ comfort, always attentive and quick to resolve any remark. Reception team (Mr. Mina and Mr. Ahmed) for their kindness and responsiveness.
Of course, my gratitude goes to every member of the team without exception. It was truly an unforgettable stay, and I look forward to coming back again!

What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff.
A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional.
From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you.
The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management.
The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…).
Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day.
Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , ..
Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained.
Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming.
Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale.
I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more.

Having travelled extensively in my opinion the hotel offers excellent value for money given the great location , food and setup. What makes a place worth a 10 to me is when you have special requests or issues that the hotel responds well ,Akassia was EXCEPTIONAL in that department. Wael and Hani (in customer relations) went way beyond what you might ever expect to help arrange a special evening for my wife on our anniversary and to respond to some small issues I had with staff responses . These types of managers are rare and set the tone that the more junior staff follow.I would also like to mention Mahmood who oversaw the free snorkelling trip provided a very professional high quality service. Although you do get approached for trips etc the teams respect a simple no thank you which is very different from other experiences in Egypt.

The beach and the sea are amazing, really outstanding. The beach areas are beautiful, lots of space and privacy, access to the sea is fantastic and the sea itself with its unique marine life is a paradise. The food is excellent, lots of different dishes that we loved, international or local, a really great food experience, breakfast, lunch and dinner were just delicious. Than you very much to all the staff, for the kindness granted to us 24/7 and for making us feel at home. We loved every single aspect of our stay. Everything was outstanding. Simply PERFECT. Thank you very much. We are looking forward to come back for our next stay at the amazing Three Corners Equinox Beach Resort.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Marsa alam. The beach was great for snorkeling, there were so many colourful fish and coral reefs. The pools were warm and clean, and the animation team beside the pool would never leave you bored, they're always doing activities for adults and kids. food was very good, large varieties and even a gluten free corner. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marsa alam!

Very good value for the money. Good food, gluten free and lactose free available: just ask Ahmed head chef (he's in the main restaurant, he's a long chef hat always around the buffet checking everything is OK), he was very helpful and prepared me pizza and pancake (in the morning).

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

Our stay at Porto Ghalib was truly enjoyable. The location is beautiful with direct access to the marina and a stunning beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food offered a good variety every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The snorkeling experience was amazing we even saw sea turtles, which made our trip unforgettable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back again.

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second.
We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited.
I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.)
It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.
Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere.
No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels.
Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

The sea was beautiful.
The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

"I did not leave the grounds of the Iberotel Costa Marès. There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening. All the staff are adorable, attentive, attentive both on the beach and by the pool as well as in the various restaurants, not to mention the maintenance staff and gardeners, the cooks, the waiters (mention special for Ahzem from the main restaurant, Abd Allah at the pool restaurant, Mostafa who is part of Mahmoud's team, Hod Hod on the beach and many others of whom I don't really know the spelling of their first name. are all very courageous, with a sense of humor and kindness like I have rarely seen. Everything is put in place so that you only want to do one thing... come back as quickly as possible."

I mentioned everything in my review, what I liked and didn’t like. Mainly, I noticed that someone bought a quad bike tour, and they were taken just a little way behind the hotel to ride on a pile of sand for a short while. There was trash and plastic all around, a complete wasteland—nothing pretty. I’m used to greenery, which I understand is lacking in this destination, but I definitely wouldn’t buy an overpriced camel or quad bike tour. Especially because, in that heat, it wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience for me, and with the trash around, definitely not. I did a diving trip, but it ended up being canceled. Unfortunately, they made us leave our things (like backpacks) in a place where locals were moving around, and we had no way to secure them. The original plan was that we would be on a boat. In the end, it didn’t happen, and that was probably for the best. I booked the trip through Booking. I had no particular expectations, even though we were supposed to see dolphins. Eventually, I arranged for diving, and I enjoyed it. Since I’m already a diver, it was easy, but when I saw how they even turn diving into a business, it bothered me. I saw parents forcing their 12-year-old daughter to try diving. She was crying, didn’t want to do it, but the father insisted because it was paid for. I watched her struggle and feel uncomfortable. It saddens me to see that everything can be bought with money, and that’s just wrong.

The place is small but pretty, with nice bars and restaurants and lots of opportunities for excursions. The restaurants offer good food, but it's a bit expensive for Egypt; you can tell that tourists are expected to pay more than usual.
