This was one of the best places I could have picked for a first trip to Egypt I could have had. Firstly, the location had a perfect view of the pyramids from the roof and was relatively close to everything. Secondly, the hotel staff was some of the friendliest I have ever come across traveling anywhere in the world. Hossam and Nour were amazing hosts, showing me endless hospitality. My drivers, Mohammed and Belal, were also amazing and got me anywhere I needed to go.

The staff were nice, especially Roudina at the reception, she was very helpful and friendly. The room was good and everything worked fine. The view of the pyramids in the evening was something special. Breakfast was okay, simple but enough. Nothing to complain really, we had a good stay.

The venue was incredibly beautiful. Grounds were so well-kept. Fabulous stay all-round!! The staff were 10/10. Omnia at reception behind the desk was incredibly friendly, very hospitable and made our stay memorable! Mohamed the concierge manager was incredible. He helped with organising excursions and made sure we were always well taken care of. Ahmed at hotel security always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! Over and above these three staff, all the staff at Al Masa were super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you! THANK YOU ALMASA, we will be back for sure!!

We got a free room upgrade and were able to pay padel at 2am lol amazing location right next to the great pyramids of giza. Will defo stay again if I visit Cairo

That was excellent experience. Rooms clean, very very very friendly people at reception. Special mention goes to the best breakfast experience. I am vegan and they just surprise me with 2 beautiful and delicious vegan plates. Staff at the breakfast was really per excellence. Pool is big and clean.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Cairo is a vibrant, colourful, historic city with friendly people and yummy food. It can be too noisy and crowded for people who are not used to such a system. The Pyramids will fill anyone with awe and the recently opened GEM museum is an experience in itself. Islamic & Coptic Cairo are a treat to history lovers and Khan Khalili area is a maze of artifacts to shop.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

This was my 20th- trip to Cairo, Egypt and I recommend it...

This was my 20th- trip to Cairo, Egypt and I recommend it wholeheartedly. But not just Cairo, this trip included a few days in Siwa, a day trip to Alexandria and several days in Upper Egypt including Luxor and Aswan. Egypt has so much to offer and each place I visited is different. Cairo might be crazy traffic, pollution and too many people trying to sell you stuff in the Khan, but got to see the Pyramids, the new Grand Egyptian Museum, Tahrir Square with the old Egyptian Museum, The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, The Gayer-Anderson Museum, Al Ahzar Park, The Citadel, go to see the Tanoura at The Ghuriya near the Khan el Khalilli, so much to see!! Also, try all the food . . at the Khan go to Egyptian Pancakes or the Naguib Mahfouz . . .find Felfela, Gad . . . so many more.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran...

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
