First of all, it's all about people who work there. They are very helpful, non-obtrusive and intelligent, speak English very well and overall doing a great job to make this hotel outstanding. They keep positive vibe at their hotel, so you can enjoy it among other good things in Egypt. Location is very good, easy to find, quiet place close to pyramids entrance. The neighborhood is not noisy at all, the most loud sound is roosters in the morning (which I kinda like, it reminds me of my childhood). The room had no issues, it's easy to keep comfortable temperature with the A/C. Rooftop is just amazing. Wi-Fi and breakfast is OK. What else? If you feel anything is not good enough for you, just let guys know – they are always keen to make your stay perfect.

The view from the hotel is amazing and really enjoyable Waking up to this view was a very nice experience The room was clean and well maintained Everything was simple, comfortable, and practical The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing Breakfast was generous and satisfying It was well organized and served in a clean area The food was fresh and nicely presented The staff were polite and helpful when needed Check-in and check-out were smooth I felt comfortable during my stay The hotel is well managed. It offers good value for the price. Overall, I was happy with my experience. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Everything about the hotel is exceptionally wonderful. From the moment we got to the hotel we were greeted by the bell captain, we got to the check-in counter, Noorhan the front desk hostess was very pleasant and very helpful. She is a very friendly professional and helped us when we requested a special request, immediately she checked with her manager and accommodated us. Bell captain, room service and housekeeping staff were wonderful as well. Thank you Triumph Plaza hotel for a joyful stay. Highly recommend and I'll be staying there my next visit 🙂

The pool was incredible. I'm from Australia and we have nice poolz, but I was blown away at how well maintained this pool was, how friendly the staff were and clean the rooms were. The location was perfect. The only issue was Cairo streets which are under developed and not the fault of the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to chill in an oasis in Cairo / Giza.

Everything was great :) The hotel is very well located, especially for those who have flights to other cities, as was our case. We were extremely well looked after, check-in was quick. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was great! We only stayed a few hours, and despite having to leave at 4:30 am, we were able to have breakfast. I recommend it and would go back.

Absolutely the best choice for this price, luxury style hotel in the very center of the city, with smoking facilities which is hard to find in crazy Europe. Also what impressed me was the detailed documents control of my tour guides when they arrived to pick me up for Sakkara trip. That shows that the hotel is extra carrying about their guests' safety.

That was excellent experience. Rooms clean, very very very friendly people at reception. Special mention goes to the best breakfast experience. I am vegan and they just surprise me with 2 beautiful and delicious vegan plates. Staff at the breakfast was really per excellence. Pool is big and clean.

An amazing visit to a historical country. Loved visiting the Modern and Old Cairo - especially the Open Air Mall and Khan Al-Khalili there are a lot of nice places to visit, as well as the Giza and the National Museum.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Ciro has so much history going back more than 5k years,...

Ciro has so much history going back more than 5k years, Pharos, greek, roman, coptic, mamluk , 1800 and 1900 palaces and more. One can spend months in Cairo and still have a lot of places to see. The new museum, the pyramids, the museum of mummies, sakara , old cairo of 1200 bc the hanging church where christ visited as a child, a sailing trip on the nile and so much more.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
