The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We were given the Spa suite which is so relaxing and has its own private sauna and jacuzzi :) Staff members are super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly loved the interior design of this hotel with its zen nautical accents and calming and neutral color scheme. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. As soon as we checked in, the reception manager, Kareem, welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the property. They also prepared thoughtful touches for our anniversary celebration—upgrading our room and offering us a delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was luxurious, with a stunning view of the Nile. The bouquet of roses, fresh fruits, and sweets in the room were the icing on the cake. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Cairo!

Everything about this hotel was First Class and amazing. The garden area and hotel premises were very nice and clean. Reception staff and house cleaning staff were very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We had an issue in our room, and the reception staff changed our room immediately with an upgraded room. We can not forget that they gave us upgraded room on a small complaint. Staff gave us very much respect and tried to help us throughout our stay. I thank all the staff from my heart. We got the patio rooms that were simply amazing. A quiet gettaway with amazing pool facilities. The reception (compliments to Kholoud) were very accomodating. Breakfast was amazing (shout out to Chef Ahmed on the egg station) and food venues were perfect (Tao, lobby bar and Bake Bar were super yummy). The family loved it. Will definitely be returning.

This is (up to now) the best hotel (in general) I've stayed in Cairo. The sound isolation is good (all others were noisy as hell) The breakfast is really good and employees are kind and professional. Transfer for the airport was free of charge. I other hotels it cost ~$10

Cairo is a vibrant, colourful, historic city with friendly people and yummy food. It can be too noisy and crowded for people who are not used to such a system. The Pyramids will fill anyone with awe and the recently opened GEM museum is an experience in itself. Islamic & Coptic Cairo are a treat to history lovers and Khan Khalili area is a maze of artifacts to shop.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

This was my 20th- trip to Cairo, Egypt and I recommend it wholeheartedly. But not just Cairo, this trip included a few days in Siwa, a day trip to Alexandria and several days in Upper Egypt including Luxor and Aswan. Egypt has so much to offer and each place I visited is different. Cairo might be crazy traffic, pollution and too many people trying to sell you stuff in the Khan, but got to see the Pyramids, the new Grand Egyptian Museum, Tahrir Square with the old Egyptian Museum, The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, The Gayer-Anderson Museum, Al Ahzar Park, The Citadel, go to see the Tanoura at The Ghuriya near the Khan el Khalilli, so much to see!! Also, try all the food . . at the Khan go to Egyptian Pancakes or the Naguib Mahfouz . . .find Felfela, Gad . . . so many more.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
