Incredible stay. This hotel is faultless. Madonna and her colleague gave us an upgrade, we enjoyed that jacuzzi room to the fullest. Our lunch at the pool area exceeded our expectations, quality wise but also service wise. The only downside was that we could only be there for 1 night. Great experience overall.

We stayed for 7 nights as two couples and had a wonderful experience at Safir Hotel Cairo. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, and sweets. The swimming pool is small but very pleasant, with a nice pool bar where we spent a few hours each day. One night my wife became sick and we were amazed by the care provided. A doctor arrived in less than 10 minutes, examined her, and prescribed medicine. The staff even bought it and delivered it to our room within 20 minutes — at 3 a.m.! Special thanks to Mohammed at reception, Sherif Yousry from the front office, and Hussain at the pool. Everyone was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Everything. The travel desk with whom we interacted quite frequently was also great. Abdul and Hamza were very cooperative and helpful. Khaled Talat and Mahmood took care of actual driving. They were superb in taking care of our travel needs including a long distance travel to Alexandria. However, we probably missed an exit in the airport while coming back and Mahmood made up the lost time by driving quickly.

Very convenient location, the attendance at the Front Desk is beyond description, the staff makes you feel like home. Mrs. Fatma is an exemplary staff, professional, friendly and helpful. There are some amazing experiences in Cairo; the pyramids/sphinx, the museums, the markets, religious sites, but it’s not for the faint hearted. An extremely intense city; it’s loud, chaotic, overcrowded and difficult to get around. Have a list of things you want to see, get them done, and get out.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Cairo is a horrible city! Don't book there for too long, and don't even think about renting an apartment or a car, especially a car!! Hey, we saw only two traffic lights in the whole city. Drivers don't give a damn about any rules; all those road line markings are for nothing. Driving is in complete chaos. Book any Western hotels and use the car service vetted by the hotel

This is NOT a place for an alone tourist who wants to do sightseeing out of organised group. Scammers on every corner, crap, poverty, children asking you for money, ruins etc but generally people left the worst memories

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
