I had a truly amazing summer holiday in Hurghada and would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for everything they provided. *Room number: 3620* Special thanks to General Manager *Mr. Mohamed Osr* for his warm welcome and professional hospitality. Also, heartfelt thanks to the kitchen team — *Chef Mostafa* and *Chef Essam* — for the delicious meals and excellent service. A very special thank you to *Coach Mahmoud Noaman*, the amazing swimming trainer who taught me how to swim during my stay. His kind and professional training made me feel safe and confident — I’ll never forget it. Thanks to this wonderful team, my vacation was truly perfect. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back again!

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special. The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. Reef house it's a great place. From staff which are very polite to the host Hassan who gives your a warm welcome and does what he can to make your stay as much enjoyable at possible. Area is under development so you should expect some dust from construction work but everything was spotless clean.
