Let me first emphasize that this is a wonderful hotel. Anyone considering a stay should not hesitate. 1) First and foremost, the hotel is very clean. The rooms, restaurants, poolside, garden, and beach are constantly cleaned. 2) The staff are very helpful, friendly, and polite, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable. 3) Although the hotel is crowded, there are numerous pools, activity areas, and aqua parks, making the entire place quiet and relaxing. 4) The food is delicious; it's not overly spicy, as the reviews say. You're sure to find a dish you'll love. The à la carte restaurants also offer delicious food. 5) They offer activities throughout the day, but the evening entertainment is really fun; you won't get bored. I think they're professional groups from outside. 6) The hotel has representatives from companies selling tours like safaris, Orange Bay, and diving. They politely ask if you'd like to take them without interrupting you. (We took the snorkeling and Orange Bay tour, which was excellent.) If you participate in these activities, the hotel provides meals. The hotel security guard didn't let us in without checking the driver's ID when he came to pick us up. This made us feel very safe. 7) There's a similar hotel next door, and the two sister hotels can use each other's facilities. This is a great advantage. 8) The hotel also offers late check-out. We especially thank Ghaly, who was very helpful in every way. Finally, we'd like to thank the hotel management; the happiness of the hotel staff depends on the management. Where do I even begin - I wish the stay could have been longer. Jaz Riviera is phenomenal - the perfect balance of elegant, modern design considerations and uncompromised principles of hospitality. Everything from arrival to the very point when you leave, is special. We arrived in the morning, hours before the standard check-in time of 14:00 and Abdallah immediately assured us that a room would be prepped and we should head to breakfast in the meantime, while they finalise. We were given a free room upgrade and settled in the room by 11:30. The food, the beverage options, the variety of restaurants and ample seating between pools and beachfront is unmatched. The service and attentive staff of Jaz Riviera is truly what makes it world class - to our newfound bestie; Abdelrahman, as well as the entire wait staff between all the delicious meals - We are truly in awe. A truly priceless experience and an experience that will be repeated soon. Up to the very last moment when we are checking out to leave and Mahmoud at the front desk helped to organise our transfer to Hurghada- nothing is ever too much to ask for the Jaz Riviera team.

Our first 5* hotel in our lives. What a way to enter this world than with Serry Beach Resort? I assure you, we were just like you, wondering if this place was worth all the hype it meets on social medias. We weren’t disappointed and I will even say, it exceeded the heights we were hoping for. A special thanks to Emad who never failed to smile once when I looked at him, and to Sara also. She was our French referent here and our candle in the dark when we felt confused or overwhelmed at times by the scale of this hotel. I’m not used to say this because I happen to enjoy traveling a lot and above all discover new places, but if I had to chose only one place I had to go back in my life, it would be there.

The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture; new, tasteful and modern, and at the same time giving a delightful atmosphere of ancient times. Not to forget the magnificent library! The hotel is located near the sea with perfect conditions for snorkling the coral reaf from a pier at the hotels beach. Pool is pleasant and superclean as the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves the most delicious egyptian meals. All members of staff are attentive, very helpful and nice. Absolutely no pushing of sales. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Like finding a hidden diamond. Go for the all inclusive.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great to have Aircon and fridge for this price. The hotel is very new so everything is in almost new condition. The driver, Mahmoud, from the hotel is very safe and very nice. In fact all of the staff are lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. It's just a couple of euros for a taxi to Marsa Alam centre where you can have a great meal for two people for the same as you pay for a cappuccino in the resort hotels.
