We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and his team for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They solved every problem quickly and were always helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Throughout our stay, all the staff constantly asked if we were doing well or if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The resort is truly great: impressive beach, cleanliness, excellent food in every restaurant, excellent and friendly service everywhere. It is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and big terraces, lovely pools, gardens with palms and gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed every moment and every corner. Also, you can use the a la carte restaurants od other two Jaz hotels in Marsa Mubarak (Amara and Costa Mares). We would comeback for sure and recommend Jaz Elite Rivera to everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely superb experience at Jaz Elite Asteria! I had a dream stay at Jaz Elite Asteria and I can honestly say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

The best decision we made was booking in Reef House in Marsa Alam. Every day we had different kind of breakfast, the collaborators were great! All of them in their role, Taha, Dahi, Yahia, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful with us during our stay. Awesome place owned by Amr, who also became a friend. Also Zizo who was our diving teacher made the experience hard to beat! Everything is high quality when you make things with love! thank you and we wish all the best! hope we can return soon!
