Receptionist answered all my questions and was very helpful and also the guys at the bar were very nice and fast with the delivery of the food which also was a big portion for a good price. The Villa was spacious and every room had air conditioner. I aleays use the BBQ here and the guts at the bar help you start the fire and provide charcoal! This has been my second stay at chalet tropical and all i can say is this is the best place to enjoy as a couple or with your family. Will surely be back again!

I would like to share my experience at Hacienda Cocuyo, which was truly amazing. The peaceful and serene ambiance, combined with the breathtaking natural surroundings, made it an unforgettable stay. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable, and the fresh mountain air and sea breeze were invigorating. The restaurant had a varied menu, offering both local and international basic dishes, although if you are looking for extensive local cuisine and more variety, it's just a 10-minute drive away. The locally-made breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day, while evenings spent by the campfire near the pool with a cocktail, wine, or local beer were magical. The staff at Hacienda were incredibly service-minded and helpful, making the whole experience even more special. I also appreciated the ECO-friendly approach of the place, with no lifts, no TV or AC in the room, pure back to basics and one with nature! Overall, I would highly recommend Hacienda Cocuyo to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and memorable vacation.

The whole experience of our stay at the Tree House has been amazing. Of course, the first night was a bit scary as we didn't know what to expect when being in the jungle: bats, frogs, lizards 🦎 We stayed for 4 nights and it was great after all! We loved going to yoga in the morning, the home made food, all the games available in the lobby, the sense of community and all the evening entertainment from karaoke to dancing and the bonfire :) Honestly, we would very very much recommend this experience, just being in nature with no internet, listening to the sound of birds or the calm after the rain. The room was comfy, and we had a really nice view, of course bear in mind you are in the jungle, so don't expect hot showers. Other than that it's been great.
