My recent stay at NH Collection Copenhagen was nothing short of exquisite. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire visit. The standout feature of this hotel has to be the exceptionally spacious rooms[I had suite+ room]. They provided the perfect blend of comfort and style, and I was particularly impressed by the tasteful decor and attention to detail. The extra-large beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the beautiful view outside my window was a highlight of each morning. The staff at NH Collection Copenhagen were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance my stay. As for the location, it's hard to beat. The hotel's central position made it easy to explore Copenhagen's many attractions, whether by foot or using the convenient public transportation options nearby. Everything was absolutely amazing. The city hosts were always ready to assist us, the vending machines were always full of things you may have forgotten such as flip flops, toothpaste etc, the bathroom always smelling nice and clear, and the room except the towels has also bathrobes. ADORABLE. The app and the party you can make with the lighting is such mood hyper as well. Definitely going to visit the others City hubs as soon as possible. THANK you .

Very good location, close to metro, Tivoli and Radhaus. Lobby was very stylish, breakfast delicous. Free cofee, filteted water and happy hour is a plus star. Motivation to use the staircase instead of the small elevator was also a big geg. :) I truelly love the atmosphere of the hotel.

Where do I begin! From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like we were the only guests. This was a special treat for our anniversary. There was a handwritten note to commemorate our special day along with champagne, fresh flowers and chocolates. The room was beautiful with antiques and a wood burning fire. Turndown service provided more chocolates, a sleep mask and rose petals on the bed. The view in to Tivoli was magical. The service at breakfast was excellent with a buffet and an a la carte option. Tivoli was magical at night and the Halloween decorations were wonderful. If I could have a “Groundhog Day” in my life, it would be my 24 hours at Nimb and Tivoli. Thank you so much.

It was a pleasant stay in Copenhagen! We had a short trip, celebrated my birthday. Hotel staff is absolutely fantastic! Especially Marita at reception, Ursula from bar on the 1st floor and Catherine administrator at restaurant on the 2nd floor. You made my Birthday mood 🥳 very kind, attentive, friendly and professional hospitality! Hotel provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay- spa, restaurants, bars, amazing room with a nice view and bed etc! Thank you so much everyone and hopefully see you again 🤩

The hotel felt friendly and welcoming, everything worked as it should and was very clean. So, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked very well, the tea/coffee facilities were fine. We loved the eco-friendly initiative of giving a token prize for making up your own room. Location was excellent, two steps from the central station. Nearby, a good Thai restaurant and lots of other ones which we didn't have time to explore.

Our first visit to Copenhagen but hopefully not our last.

Our first visit to Copenhagen but hopefully not our last. Clean, friendly and with a mass of interesting history all around it, wrapped up with an amazing public transport system. Ignore those who say it is an expensive city to visit -those coming from the UK will no longer notice the difference!!

The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so,...

The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so, it was very easy to get to central station which gives you access to all the trains that will get you to where you want to go. You can catch a train direct from the airport to Tastrup train station and walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.

Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

It's a quiet hotel, even though it's on a busy road. The guests room are in a wing off the back, where it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was good though coffee disappointing, compared to other hotels we've used in Europe. We would stay again

I just need at quiet place to rest, wasn't on sightseeing... I'm not specifically interested in Ballerup at this moment... And therefore it was a bit annoying that the house was so noisy - late at night as well as early morning... The staircase especially was making a lot of noise.. It made me feel nervous that somebody was coming down to me - a lot of times...( I was in basement! ) I couldn't open a window either, just the door if I wanted some fresh air, and that wasn't very nice either... The room (s) were too big and 'spread out' in different 'sections', and that wasn't cozy in my eyes...There wasn't a 'night-lamp' near the bed that worked, only a lot of spot lights in the ceiling... Not that cozy even if the volume could be turned down... The man of the house seemed very nice, I met him on the way to the house, - as I was asking for advice concerning some road-maintenance obstacles that were in my way to get to the house. So they are most likely were nice people ... But I guess a big part of my disapointment comes from the fact that this stay was more expensive than a night in Hotel Zleep - also in Ballerup, 3 weeks ago...There I had a quiet room, no sound from the building, view to a lake, nice bed, a window I could open, GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED, everything clean and everything easy and flexible in terms of checking in and out etc. Much easier and more comfortable for me... So I will chose that next time...

Loved Copenhagen, I felt like I was coming home.

Loved Copenhagen, I felt like I was coming home. It had such a nice feel to it. I took my 11 year old daughter and she loved it too, she even said she could move there as she liked it so much. We visited in December and everywhere was so festive. I would happily return again and spend more time visiting galleries, museums and other areas. I can’t wait to return one day.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and friendly people at the reception. Great breakfast ! The hotel is located very near to the trainstation which is a big advantage if you want to travel by public transport. We had a very nice stay here !

Location and the grounds is very nice.

Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be. Ordrupgaard Art museum is super close as is the beach. Lousiana art museum little ways and Bakken amusement park as well.

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need.

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need. The bus connections are good, they are frequent and it only takes around 35 min by train from Copenhagen central station, path to walk and bike are well made to everywhere.
