Location is excellent, very central and within a walkable distance to all main attractions. Could be a bit noisy on the weekends, however the anbience of Nyhaven is unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities and common areas are comfortable and nice, the building itself is historical and beautiful. Overall an excellent stay.

The self check-in option was nice and smooth. The staff at the reception was very friendly, quick and efficient and we got to get to the room in no time. The room was very clean and despite the fact that we stayed only for 2 days, it was cleaned anyway. All the amenities were in perfectly working order. I personally liked the fact that the room had good airflow as it was easy to open the windows. If the windows were closed there was barely any noise pollution despite living on the somewhat busy street.

Very modern hotel with spacious and clean rooms. There are 3 different restaurants inside the hotel which makes it very convenient. Breakfast buffet has many options and kids got a small gift. During Easter they had a huge area dedicated to children’s play and activities, including a bouncing castle. Staff were professional and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

the rooms were small but very carefully thought out, exceptional design and quality . I had the room with the sea view. the staff were very helpful, and very friendly. The ice machine at the end of the corridor worked - it never fully does in some hotels and the minibar was great.

Afternoon tea at d'Angletere followed by a single bear at Sam's bar and a bit of food and dancing at the old irish pub or Proud Mary's... and some shopping around Nørreport towards this Dronning Louise bridge is much better than Strøget.. Studiestræde vintage shopping is also good, though.

It's a quiet hotel, even though it's on a busy road.

It's a quiet hotel, even though it's on a busy road. The guests room are in a wing off the back, where it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was good though coffee disappointing, compared to other hotels we've used in Europe. We would stay again

It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and...

It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.

Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so,...

The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so, it was very easy to get to central station which gives you access to all the trains that will get you to where you want to go. You can catch a train direct from the airport to Tastrup train station and walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

I just need at quiet place to rest, wasn't on sightseeing... I'm not specifically interested in Ballerup at this moment... And therefore it was a bit annoying that the house was so noisy - late at night as well as early morning... The staircase especially was making a lot of noise.. It made me feel nervous that somebody was coming down to me - a lot of times...( I was in basement! ) I couldn't open a window either, just the door if I wanted some fresh air, and that wasn't very nice either... The room (s) were too big and 'spread out' in different 'sections', and that wasn't cozy in my eyes...There wasn't a 'night-lamp' near the bed that worked, only a lot of spot lights in the ceiling... Not that cozy even if the volume could be turned down... The man of the house seemed very nice, I met him on the way to the house, - as I was asking for advice concerning some road-maintenance obstacles that were in my way to get to the house. So they are most likely were nice people ... But I guess a big part of my disapointment comes from the fact that this stay was more expensive than a night in Hotel Zleep - also in Ballerup, 3 weeks ago...There I had a quiet room, no sound from the building, view to a lake, nice bed, a window I could open, GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED, everything clean and everything easy and flexible in terms of checking in and out etc. Much easier and more comfortable for me... So I will chose that next time...

The city centre shops are outstanding, filled with beautiful items for the home, stylish clothes and good places to eat. A visit to the Hirschsprung Collection to see the Skagen Painters Exhibition was a delight.

Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be. Ordrupgaard Art museum is super close as is the beach. Lousiana art museum little ways and Bakken amusement park as well.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and friendly people at the reception.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and friendly people at the reception. Great breakfast ! The hotel is located very near to the trainstation which is a big advantage if you want to travel by public transport. We had a very nice stay here !

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need.

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need. The bus connections are good, they are frequent and it only takes around 35 min by train from Copenhagen central station, path to walk and bike are well made to everywhere.
