Wonderful hotel, really central location, very clean and comfortable rooms with a excellent breakfast. Really good wi-fi. I arrived in the morning and asked if I could drop my bags off and they couldn't have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

A very nice hotel near the city centre of Zittau. The owners are Italian, very nice and friendly. A breakfast was delicious, with a wide choice of food. A dinner in the hotel restaurant was great, too.

The park is located in a beautiful area with many options for nature lovers, but also many kids friendly attractions even in winter. The house was very comfortable overall and extremely clean. We were several families with adjacent homes and it was very comfortable. The pool (included in price) is a few minutes away by foot. It is also well maintained and we loved the Solebad and the water temperature. there is a kids club, you can also take books and games. On Silvester there was a very nice program for families with a puppet show, music, camp fire and a few food stands for everyone with no additional cost. The staff was attentive, and came to fix the light in the bathroom very quickly. Overall it seems wonderful for summer with the lake and climbing forest which we were not able to use due to weather.

Staff always friendly and polite. They will do there best to accommodate your needs. Bed always comfortable, Breakfast, always a good selection. I had allergies so they accommodated this.

The city is historic with lots of history and you can take...

The city is historic with lots of history and you can take tours around the city with a guide, also a lot of hiking can be done in oybin with a mountain train to take you, but not in winter. There is a museum, five churches, local bakeries, shops and restaurants. Train station is ten minutes walk to the centre. Locals don’t speak a lot of English but any young person will.

The landscape was beautiful and you could walk to other sites as well. Buses were also available nearby to take you to surrounding towns. The downside was that many of the restaurants and coffee shops were closed on Thursdays and Fridays. I have never experienced that anywhere else in the world. We had to really search for a place to eat and ended up eating lunch one day at an Imbiss--not exactly my first choice for a vacation meal.

I was there to do some climbing exercises with some of my friends. Nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast and open for individual favors. I recommend enjoying your stay there if you want to investigate the near villages and environment.
