Comfortable and modern rooms, friendly staff. Both breakfast as dinner in the restaurant was lovely. The location is perfect for a visit to the Technik Museum. There is plenty of parking space, just don't forget to drive to the back if the front is full.

We stayed at this hotel when we just needed somewhere to stay for the night. We booked really late in the evening the very same day but everything with the checking in went very smooth and the staff were very friendly. The private garage was perfect as we could leave most of our bags in the car. The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Great breakfast with a good selection of fruit, bread, cakes and hot dishes. Very family friendly hotel. Our children loved the free bars of chocolate!

Everything. Breakfast was well equipped, hotel was well located and easily accessible even by foot from Sinsheim station and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I travelled to watch a Hoffenheim football match and it was very well located for that! Also very quiet I had no issues getting to sleep.

Very very dog friendly hotel, our three little dogs were more than welcome. Even at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening. Clean rooms, spacious enough. Dinner in the bistro was very nice as well. There’s a little bridge above the river so you can go walking straight out the backyard into nature. Easy accessible, enough parking space. We had a very pleasant stay.

The best appartament plece. Location out of center of city. Onlly 10 minutes by car to the Technik Museum Sinsheim and 30 minutes to the second Technik Museum Spayer. The apartment has a lot of space insaide. and full equipment in the kitchen. Parking place with roof protected from sun.

Walldorf is a sleepy little suburb of Heidelberg—nothing much to do there actually but very nice, clean, and quite. Heidelberg is only 10 min away so if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and have the advantages of a bigger city nearby, Walldorf is the place. They have a nice city center and the people are very very friendly

Weinheim is a beautiful town with wonderful people! Everyone meets on the beautiful market square in one of the great restaurants. One can walk around town by foot, enjoy the forest, a dip in the lake and have a great time during Weinheimer Kerwe! We love Weinheim!

In north Leimen where I stayed at the Toskana, it is quite commercial what with Heidelberger zement manufacturing directly in front of the hotel. Leimen town centre is around 20 minutes walk away or 3 minutes on tram, and is a quiet fully functioning town centre. has shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Nice.

Good parking and friendly helpful staff who spoke really good English. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive if like me you don't eat much first thing, maybe a cheaper option could be applied for minimal diners.

Ladenburg is a lovely quaint old town with a number of Roman artefacts still in place. It's the oldest roman town in Germany east of the Rhine. The Neckar river, which flows through the town is also very scenic and has a lovely trail running alongside it.

We stayed as an alternative to Heidelberg.

We stayed as an alternative to Heidelberg. We brought bikes with us and cycled to Heidelberg instead. There's a lovely cycle route via Dossenheim through the vineyards which is really pretty and traffic free. Although the hotel is at the very edge of the village and uphill it's not very steep and was easily manageable on the bikes.

Technik Museum is easy to get to there are two train...

Technik Museum is easy to get to there are two train stations in the town that make it very easy to get around - we hardly used our car when we were there. We went to Heidlberg which was easy to get around with a stunning funnicular railway and a very nice castle area to investigate! Not much around the area in the evening as it seems to be fairly industrial so glad of our hotel's friendly bar and the large room with a sofa and TV.

A very calm and partially empty town, good for people who...

A very calm and partially empty town, good for people who just want to go and relax without doing an activities. No shopping Centers, not much restaurants and I'm not sure about the activities that could be done. I've stayed there for a week and had to go to heidelberg on weekends to find something to do or even people.

Weinheim is a small town that you can get to know in a few...

Weinheim is a small town that you can get to know in a few days if you like to walk. We found some great places to eat - Bistronauten was a treat in an old train station building. And Zahgreb Grill is on the edge of town in a sports centre, well worth the visit. We came to visit Hermannshof Garden which didn't disappoint - a must for any keen gardener. A walk to the lake led us past a dairy farm with a vending machine which sold milk, yogurts and lots of local produce. In all a wonderful few days.
