Nothing I can say would do justice to how great the hotel was, the staff, basically everything! It was the first time for our daughters in the snow. The sleds were perfect for them to move around and enjoy. The food, the setting, everything was perfect! Special thanks to the Hotel Director Rolf Wernicke who was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, large with a big restaurant and lovely terrace with stunning views. We had a room at the back of the property with the same stunning views from the balcony, where we sat most evenings. Our suite was wonderful, large with a lovely seating area, lovely bathroom and a comfortable large bed. The kitchenette was adequate but a little small. The breakfast in the morning was very good and was served each morning by the lovely smiling waiter Manu; we sat out on the terrace most mornings and nothing was too much trouble for him, There was fresh meats, cheeses, buns, jams and scrambled, boiled or frieds eggs and bacon, plus a large selection of coffees, lattes etc and fresh fruit juice.

We really liked everything. Breakfast is really good, and you have a lots of choices! Everything is clean and staff is really friendly and nice! Pool area, sauna eveything is more than you expect. Cakes are also really good. Room was also very clean and the houskeeping staff is excelent and really friendly! Rezeption lady, Nicole S., that did our check make a very good contact with us, and she was one of the reasons why this hotel is what it is! She makes you feel welcomed, and after her all the other staff follows her with friendlines. All in all really good experience and We will come back! :)

Everything is super clean, stylish and new! The best possible holiday location. So peaceful but still so close to the village and all possible hiking routes. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, you can easily park your car there or even come by public transportation.
