Although it is out of town it suited us great, the staff at check in were really nice and helpful. the Road house diner on site and the pancake place were both great and gave you the option to try both. if your travelling this is a brilliant place, sleep, food and fuel.

The hotels is in a quiet suburb of Paderborn. The Nixdorf Museum and central Paderborn can be reached by bus (stops just outside the hotel) in about 20min. The room and bathroom are spacious and very quiet (we had a room at the back, facing the park). The meal in the restaurant was nice, with a good selection of food and beverages at reasonable cost. Plenty of Off-street parking is available and with the bus close by no car is needed to explore Paderborn. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay

Everything, we had a fantastic time. The room was beautiful, clean and had lots of room. Excellent charging facilities and a great coffee machine. Hair dryer was also very good. The two ladies that worked in the bar were also amazing, friendly and attentive.

We lived in Paderborn for four years so re-visited our old haunts. The cathedral is beautiful. The Christmas market was ok but not as good as Hameln. Great location to branch out to other towns and places of interest in Germany.

We really enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of our hosts in this beautifully decorated hotel; the breakfast was excellent and complete, the surroundings are quiet and the hotel room was squeaky clean. Real good quality for a modest price.

Christmas market worths to mention.

Christmas market worths to mention. You should not visit Heinz Nixdorf Computer Museum which is one of the largest of its kind. Be careful there is a speed camera next to Lidl where the speed drops from 70 to 30 km/h even on Saturdays.

We picked Paderborn as a stopover as it was a convenient distance from our ferry port. A modern town and not particularily attractive it does have a good selection of shops. When the shops close the whole feel of the town changes,we felt uneasy just walking about,large groups drinking in the park and many beggars and street people,very different from our experience in other towns in Germany.
