I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch throughout my visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center, and the facilities, including jacuzzi, exceeded my expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my experience truly memorable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

It's not the traditional hotel, it like you are checking in to your own apartment. The community space is amazing, with a very large gym, wellness area. Perfect for work, to relax and to enjoy the view over Düsseldorf. I have been there a few times now and never look at other hotels when I am in town.

What a wonderful hotel. The room with its nature accents was so calming and peaceful. There are a lot of wellness activities on offer and lounges in the gardens to relax in nature. My room had a separate bedroom/bathroom space to the lounge/wardrobe/desk/maxi bar section. Room had new pine furniture and a big wine/mini bar fridge. The room also had a wellness basket filled with a bathrobe and towels. I recommend booking in for the dinner buffet at the on-site restaurant. I wish I stayed for more nights

The hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Rooms (and of course beds) are very comfortable and clean. There is a high speed fre Wi-fi. The hotel seems luxury in a budget price range. In this price range, the hotel is probably one of the best hotels that we have stayed. And it is probably the best hotel of this category in that region. But the most impressive thing was the wonderful breakfast with various options.

Düsseldorf is a great city the Christmas markets were excellent. Stayed in the old town lots of restraurants and bars, the people are very friendly and very helpful. Public transport is very good and ticket machines very easy to follow and tickets are very reasonable.

Neuss was a nice place, to be honest, I still don´t know if it is the part of Dusseldorf or not. However, Neuss is at the bank of the river and pretty beautiful. I stayed with my wife and two kids, and had a wonderful time in there. I would go there again some time.

Ratingen has nice historic center with few restaurants and church in the middle. Overall, it is calm, but this area is populated mostly by industrial companies, warehouses, etc. Getting there is pretty hard from Dusseldorf, since buses are not going that often and you usually travel for around 45 minutes to 1 hour there. Trams are available which are the best way of transport from Ratingen to Dusseldorf.

Comfortable stay, but please provide decent full bed covers on your double beds even if only single occupancy, rather than a pathetic single bed cover! I think you should improve your breakfast for the amount you charge, which at present is excessive.

The part I stayed in had no public facilities like Shops. The hotel itself did not have any refreshments on sale, so there wasnt much to do. I wouldnt recommend it for someone who is on holiday. Lucky for us we spent the entire day out in the big town of Dusseldorf.

We went there to visit Dusseldorf and the Christmas Market, but we enjoyed the nearby nature and Neanderthal Museum much more. Especially the Museum is worth the trip with its complex and thought provoking exposition.

It was an amazing trip.

It was an amazing trip. The city is beautiful, we walked over the city, going from restaurant to restaurant. There is no bad place to eat there. It has the Little Tokyo area which is amazing, the sushi was as good as in Japan. We went to some brewery with good beers and food, we spent some money on shopping streets, visited the Christmas Market where we ate some of the best wurst ever.

The hotel was close to the River Rhine: there runs a lovely walk along the Rhine under mature trees, so it's shady and comfortable, with really nice views, it's inviting to sit and watch the ships go by, large meadow areas for children to play the town has all facilities, plenty of different shops in the pedestrianised road running from the station to the market square, restaurants, cafe's, ice cream parlours

We needed a place close to the airport to sleep over for an early flight. The room met our needs, was clean and comfortable and had lovely restaurants in the area where we could have dinner. Check in and out was effortless.

The walk along the river was stunning.

The walk along the river was stunning. I couldn't sleep the first night (nothing to do with the hotel) and at 4.30 am in early July is was beautiful. The houses look freshly built in the area, and I really liked it.
