I liked that near the place are a lot of restaurants or just places to relax. I liked that is a central area that leads easily to a subway or a bus. Adelante personel were veey nice, thumbs up for all of them. When we arrived the person that checked us in was nice enough to explain certain things to us that any tourist would like to know. I loved the room we were checked in but also the place itself.

When entering the hotel lobby we were politely greeted by international staff at the reception. The check-in was performed in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was so well prepared that every question I planed to ask was answered even before speaking them out. To say that they were professional, very open, kind and helpful is like to say nothing. The hotel is located in a beautiful and pictoresque area. From all the windows and the balcony we had a view on the marina full of boats, yachts, floating houses. The room we got was very spacious, clean, well equiped with kitchen supplies. Beds were really comfy. Mattress, quilt and pillows were at their very best - one of the best I experienced in hotels. On the other side of the marina bank you can have a view on a hill slope with small houses that are also part of the hotel. It was a remarkable experience to spend time in the hotel area, which consisted of out- and indoor playgrouds, game room, swimming pool including small outdoor shallow area etc.. The area invites you for many activities, naturally that require water, as there are so many possibilities, including renting a boat, bike, canoe, kayaks etc., but also you can have the simplest activity - a walk :) . In the afteroon/evenings you can go donwstairs to a bar with run by a friendly, polite and professional international staff. All in all the hotel lets you not to think too much about things you should not care about during your stay, and lets you have a great time full of activities and relax. It was the first time I was in this hotel, but surely not the last.

The place was created for vacation rental, and it is great for that. Around 10 or 15 floating houses compose the complex; they are all close to each other, but it is possible to create your privacy since all the windows have blinds. Apart from that, the kitchen is well-equipped and well-planned, as everything (the dining room and living room) is connected. The deck is nice and has a simple table, some chairs, and an umbrella. Good for sunbathing and diving in the lake. The weather was pretty good, but the water was still cold. Hahaha! Rooms were excellent, beds were comfortable, and the pillows, although pretty big, were soft. Same for the blankets. It is a very good place to spend some time with family and friends. You're gonna have to use the car for everything, but all the places that matter are close, within a 15-minute range.

By far the best stay on our Road trip through Germany. We can compare different fasilities in various cities but Seminaris was the top one.Rherefore we returned on our way home again. Beautiful city with rich history, everything is in a distance of 2 metro rides approximately around 5 minutes. I loved this city so much, if you like Christmas markets come in december, if u hate the cold, stay away in december. Also the public transportation system is a little bit hard to understand at first but after the first day u will get the idea. As a history student I loved this city more than Brussels, Amsterdam and even Paris!

A quiet backwater away from Berlin City Centre but only 20 minutes from Alexanderplatz by train. Beautiful Park full of historical Palaces and wildlife! Mondays are great if you want to see have guided tour all around the Park as the Museums and Palaces are closed so the places we visit with the guide are, an ideal since it is quieter for those who don't want the crowds. Great choice of Restaurants for Lunch and Dinner in Potsdam! Best Lunches we had were at Cafe Alice on Brandenburger Str, the main shopping area of Potsdam. Serves the best Liver and Onions with Potatoes I have had in years (!) and the best Apple Strudel! Grilled Salmon was superb also. Museums in Alter Market are well worth a visit also when in Potsdam! Potsdam is easy to reach from Berlin Airport- RB22 Train is direct and does not go through Berlin City!

Great reception, food closed but suggested lovely italian 500 metres nearby. Very helpful with bus directins and leaflet for next day and breakfast was great. Would have like tea and coffee in room but was ok. Great they had snacks and drink machines for when reception closed

During the summer and spring brightens up a lot, and can be very vibrant during the weekend. During winter it is cold, gray and dead. The city is surprisingly international for its dimension, offering a wide assortment of restaurants. Don't expect much from the restaurants in terms of variety and quality. The museums are very cute, focusing on the message rather than bombard you with pieces. It is a good base for further exploration of the surrounding area. I would recommend the Slawenburg at Raddusch, Lübbenau, the Therms at Burg, Kromlau, which are easily reachable by car, and also reachable by public transportation (not as easily though). Let's be blunt, Cottbus is not a place that people go to just because. It is not a particularly interesting or beautiful city.

Charming city on the Oder river where you can walk across the bridge to Poland and explore its twin town on the Polish side. Food cheap food go to the Polish side and for charm and great German beer stay on the German side. Definitely worth a long weekend visit.

Teltow doesn’t have much to see people stay to visit Potsdam, which is a bit of a distance to travel in my opinion! If you want to see Berlin go to Berlin the price of accommodation can be found equally to Teltow.

I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever! The food was bad and overpriced all over the place, but you are kind of stuck there... First night the whole family of 4 got food poisoning from one of the restaurants there. Those who managed to throw up were lucky, cause the rest was feeling sick till the end of our stay ;/ There was a poop floating in children pool. In the big pool something touched my leg - surprise! surprise! a DIAPER! Our room was not cleaned during these 4 days, we had to put the trash outside the door to be picked up. The Schloss is very photogenic and well worth exploring.

The Schloss is very photogenic and well worth exploring. We were attending an opera performance in the theatre which is a first-class venue. There is a good choice of restaurants in the town. We also hired bikes to explore the countryside of Mark.
