The hotel is perfectly located near all possible public transport means. This was super useful as any point in Berlin is easily accessible using a single line of something... The area is lovely, safe, has plenty of caffes, restaurants and shops and is generally very pleasing. The room was huge, clean, and very well designed. The shower and toilets are in separate areas, which is really convenient. We had very little interaction with the stuff, as the room is directly accessed by the elevator (no lobby to go through), but they were super nice and useful when we needed their help. It's a great hotel! P.S: If you arrive super-late and super-hungry as we did, there is a 24H Mc'donalds in the Zoo train station building nearby. Not a common site in Berlin!

didn't stay for to long but enjoyed the city. local food great, loads of shopping malls. I went there very to Christmas and found this amazing Christmas fair.. very easy to move around via public transport and trains every 5 minutes from the airport to the city centre.

The apartment was in a quiet serene area. Walking distance to Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch. Rewe supermarket within walking distance. Bustop right outside the apartment. Apartment was fully equipped and had all the amenities one may require. Cosy, clean and beautiful. Hot showers, comfortable beds, sun room. Host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything needed.

Very poor area and apart from being there for Christmas...

Very poor area and apart from being there for Christmas markets found it very run down and dirty streets and pavements.Did some of the areas attractions which were okay... found a fabulous Indian restaurant and lots of food available.. but could have been a shorter stay.

Berlin is a great city to explore, many places of interest and history around each corner. Travel between sights is easy using the S and U ban that can take you anywhere of interest. Just be wary of scammers and pickpockets!
