Clean and spacious room, all facilities, lovely breakfast and warm chit chat with out host! Superb breakfast served to the table, great variety of cold plates, with the choice of eggs.
Had dinner at the restaurant, too. Complimentary starter and dessert were a great bonus. The meal delicious, good value for the money.

The room had everything we needed + a balcony with a great view on the mountains and the church. The supermarket was less than a 1 minute walk away and breakfast was very tasty! On a cold March weekend, we could sit by wood burning fires to generous portions of sumptuous dinner. Our bed was extremely comfortable. All this for 60 Euros a night!

A very cozy little house in an authentic style. The interior is simple, but everything is done with taste and great attention to detail. There is a charming bedroom upstairs, accessible by a lovely wooden staircase. The bed is comfortable with heating, and there is a small private bathroom.
The best part is the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains — a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
There is a small, equipped kitchen, which seemed quite convenient for preparing a snack (although we didn’t use it ourselves).
There’s also a wonderful enclosed little courtyard where you can sit in complete privacy.
The place is very quiet but close to the center. There are plenty of options for walking nearby, with incredibly beautiful mountain landscapes and vineyards.

Most beautiful view on the mountains either from our room and from patio with the swimming pool. You have everything that you need, you don't have to go anywhere (even bottles of local wines in mini shop). Beds are comfortable. The staff even provided us with grapes from the garden when we asked them (delicious btw, if you go there u need to try them). I sadly don't have any fotos od the room, oni short videos. But everything is as described on booking. Highly recommended.

The location is just perfect, in a center of a beautiful historic village, yet very quie, the sound of the river is very comforting. There is lot to see and do in the walking distance. The terrace is very nice, you can sit outside in the sun or under the stars listening to the river.
Mrs. Evgeniya is very friendly and helpful, she gave us herbs for tea and olive oil for cooking, as well as advice about the area. There are lots of cute cats by the house.

I know how annoying it can be to call a host at 9pm to notify about issue with a hot water. It is then my big respect that it was solved so quickly and smoothly. Really felt that they are there to help and one can count on them. On top of that delicious breakfast that gives a lot of power for the hikes in troodos. Thank you!

There were all kinds of sport facilities: basketball, football, ping pong etc, and the most popular hiking trails in Troodos are close by car.
Since there was a problem with the electricity when we arrived, we had the opportunity to try both the small house and apartment type accommodations. You can have more privacy with a house, as it has an own kitchen, but the rooms are much smaller and the wifi signal was very weak, practically none. The apartment was much more spacious, but if you want to cook, you need to use a shared kitchen. There was even netflix in the apartment that was missing in the house and unlike in the house, the wifi worked properly.
You need to have whatsapp on your mobile, as you get check in info by whatsapp. They have a phone number and they were responsive, could communicate in English.

Kakopetria is a beautiful destination that combines natural beauty, historical charm, and a sense of tranquility. Its picturesque setting, with stone houses, cobblestone streets, and lush landscapes, creates an idyllic atmosphere for visitors.
The surrounding nature is remarkable, with hiking trails like Varkotis and Chromium offering unique paths through green forests and along rivers. The peace provided by the environment makes hiking an invigorating experience. Additionally, the calming sound of the river that flows through the area, like the one you can hear in the backyard of Maritsa Lodge, offers a unique sense of inner peace, almost like the natural white noise of the outdoors.

One of the most beautiful Cypriot villages.
Well organized beyond to what meets the eye.
Everybody can see the stunning village, especially at night. But only true nature lovers and adventures will fully enjoy the magic of the area.
There are tons of well maintained hiking trails to explore on foot or bike. Dozens of hidden gems to discover and plenty of great restaurants in the village and surrounding area to enjoy!

Pedoulas was a wonderful base from which to explore this area of the Troodos Mountains. It was our first time in the mountains of Cyprus and we wanted to see sites such as Kykkos Monastery, Archangel Michaels church etc. and to do nature trails in the mountains. We achieved these objectives very comfortably from our location and could also move on to the west coast with a scenic (but very winding!) drive back down to sea level:)

Omodos is a beautiful village with lots of nice wineries near by. It can get busy with coach parties but that is to be expected. Most restaurants and cafes close early evening so not a great deal to do in the evening. Wear comfy shoes as there is a lot of walking round all the narrow streets but it is so worth it.
We have visited several times and enjoy it each time.

Agros village is a perfect place to escape from busy city life for a couple of days and to enjoy the tranquility of traditional village lifestyle, walk the narrow streets, with beautiful , authentic architecture, meet locals, try local food and of course to recharge yourself with nature and mountain sceneries. Absolutely loved being here. Great location. The host got us fruits from here garden orchard. She brought us lovely eggs from her own chickens. She just was so lovely and explained the area to us and made us so at home. We loved it so much we stayed more than planned.
Easy to get to the Olympus mountain and the Todooros mountains.
Great little place. Parking is super just in the yard. Private too very quiet.
The best WiFi reception. The best host and kindest.

Beautiful and well preserved mountain village, people are really friendly and they show love for their place. It is obvious they take good care of it. We had dinner and lunch at two different places and they were both really good. There is also a nice coffee shop with views of the mountains.

Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do.
Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do. However, villages such as Pelendri, Agros, Kyperounta are near by and have plenty of things to do. Do visit the taiakkas winery near pelendri for a nice immersive experience. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Symposio Taverna in pelendri.
