This place is like « out of the time », hidden from the road, in a private and super confortable jungle. We enjoyed the pool, the garden, and the confort of the room. The breakfast is pretty good as well.

The location is amazing, you have access to a beautiful rainforest on the property and the volcano views are unbeatable. We stayed in a room, which was simple but very comfortable. We had shared bathroom and shower, they were very clean and the shower has hot water which is lovely in the fresh mountain evenings. The restaurant on the property serves delicious vegan/vegetarian food all day. To be noted that it's not close to La Fortuna, it's about a 30 minutes drive out, so it's best to have a car. It's one of the things we personally loved. We did the night walk with Aurelio and it's been the highlight of our trip so far! He is so knowledgeable and very interesting, everyone should do it!

What best defines this place is the amazing atmosphere created by the hosts. It’s something truly special, unlike anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. It genuinely feels like a home you become part of during your stay. There’s also the opportunity to see beautiful birds up close from the house’s terraces. The hosts were incredibly helpful in planning our days and recommending activities. Lastly, the fantastic breakfast deserves a mention—it kept us full all the way until dinner.
