Very aesthetic and peaceful hostel. Breakfast caters to western tastes and includes many vegetarian options including cereal, oats, salad, fried eggs, steamed vegetables, yogurt etc. The beds are comfortable and rooms are beautifully designed. Quiet location. Toilet includes a bidet, although in the first room I had it wasn’t working for some reason. Location is a 20 minute walk from the bustling Muslim Corner street food area and from the old Wall Street food area. Staff are friendly and they offer free luggage storage. I would stay here again.

Super grateful I could communicate my needs via wechat prior arrival to the country. Staffs were warm and welcoming despite our midnight arrival. There may be language barriers but nothing to worry when there's google translate to assist you.☺️Many many thanks also to beautiful Ms Liu who help arrange my airport transfers, my terracota trip plus help guide to many attractions in Xi'an. Location wise : PERFECT @ Metro line 2 (accesible to many attractions like dayanta/ MiXC) -Two women traveller here ; my mother felt very safe going out till midnight as the metro station just a stone throw away plus the area is bustling with tourist and super lively. -Muslim quarter just at exit 9 via underground passage ( 10 mins walk) Facilities: ⭐️ Water bottled provided at each floor daily ⭐️Free laundry service ⭐️ Appreciate the wake-up service that ensure we're awake for english guided tour provided by hotel ⭐️Ironing service provided / you could ask for iron steamer ⭐️ lovely serene breakfast lounge that provided options even for vegetarians (muslim traveller like me could opt for their many salad varieties, fruits, egg fried rice, sweet potato, cereals, juices) ⭐️Luggage storage p/s: There were many other staffs who we'd like to extend our gratitude too but did not manage to get their name. I pray for every kindness shown god multifolds it for you and every steps of your life filled with blessings this year ❤️ There was also a staff's daughter who taught me and my mum chinese and was a total sweetheart ( we'll miss you) Will definitely repeat our stay at Center Hotel when another opportunity arises.

The personnel was super helpful and nice, the room was clean and spacious, equipped with all you need, you can use the laundry room, they have breakfast and coffee options, positive vibes. We got the map from them ( be careful, metro is still building and some stops not yet updated in the map ;) ) recommended good places to eat.

Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Mr. Ma, concierge, organized an excellent guided tour to the Terracotta Warriors. Xian is an ancient city rich in china history. A perfect location for those interested to understand ancient china culture and history. My favourite are the Terracotta Warrior musuem, Xian musuem, Shangxi History musuem, Tang paradise, Huaching palace, mount Huashan. It is easy to get around in Xian using metro and Didi ride hailing travel.

Just check out a few hours ago and missing it already! The resort is located at a tranquil village and surrounded by a brook from the mountain. The room’s well-prepared with snacks and fresh fruits even we were arrived late at night. I was deeply enchanted by the cedar aroma brought by the incense. We had a restful sleep, and was awaken by the bird singing and the gurgle of water. Meditation on the futon while emerging into the Zen atmosphere… The minute reservation turned out to be a pleasant journey and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely recommend it!!!

Loved the Muslim Street and the numerous vendors and their wares especially those tucked in the side street which we only discovered on the second night. Weird but pleasant experience of the foot pedicure.

Xi'an - one of the oldest cities in China.

Xi'an - one of the oldest cities in China. Known as Chang'an throughout much of its history, Xi'an is one of China's Four Great Ancient Capitals, having held the position under several of the most important dynasties in Chinese history - we were impressed! The city offers many attractions worth seeing: Xi'an City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Great Mosque of Xi'an, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, historical museum, Xi'an City Museum, market... The famous Terracotta Army Museum is only an hour's drive away. We booked a guided tour (transportation, tickets, and guide cost around 200 EUR for a family of four) from home. A big advantage of the city is also the public bike rental. It's free for up to one hour. The city of Xi'an is very well-organized and clean. Local taxis (you can recognize them by their green color) are ridiculously cheap. The streets are full of local eateries, various shops, and stalls... The city is lively, vibrant, and the eateries and shops are open late into the night. It's also very safe - we walked around the city streets, even the more secluded ones, until late hours every day, and we weren't even a little scared. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Food in restaurants is very cheap and very tasty, as well as on the streets. We spent an average of €7-9 for lunch for 4 people, including drinks!!! If you are "wasteful", you can pay 30 EUR, for example. For those who like shopping, there are also quite a few really large shopping centers in the city (e.g. Saga Mall). The city offers everything - from cheap things to luxury products for deep pockets;-)
