Absolutely Superb. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were like sleeping clouds, my dorm of 4 had its own bathroom with everything in you could possibly need. Outstanding breakfast, buffet style with hot, cereals, toast fruit amd yoghurt. Free Tea and Coffee available all day plus cold drinks. Washer and dryer preloaded with soap powder and lovely decor. I can't recommend it enough.

I love the spacious well laid out and well designed room. The hotel staff keeps everything in the room so well maintained and clean . Love that the hot water for the bath ran well unlike some hotels . The staff were very helpful and tried their best to provide their guest with a happy stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift. And as I arrived at the hotel at 2am in the morning, the staff even made sure to hand us some snacks and juice. The location is great as well. Short walk to the train lines, the ancient city wall, the Old Market place. I'll definitely not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Xian.

Great value for money.Located a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter.Lots of great restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.Staff very attentive and helpful,despite the language barrier-Google translate is a must.There is a Kitty caffe at the reception,kids loved the cats (under 14 years old are not allowed in).Free coffee, tea and biscuits at the bar all day round+unlimited free laundry,which is not usual in hotels.Choice of five menues for breakfast (3 Western,2 Chinese)+fruit,yoghurt,drinks,which was ok for a good start of the day. Rooms are spacious with every day room service,all is very clean.Beds are quite big for Asian standards and we slept very good.Would definitelly come again,we loved HeSu hotel - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very organized, clean and safe. The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.
