The location is very beautiful and the staff speaks English. Our flight was canceled and we had to change our plans so that instead of 2 nights we stayed only one night at this hotel and they were very kind to change our reservation! They helped us with everything we needed. We felt sorry that we could not stay at least 3 nights here! If we come back to Chengdu, we will definitely come to you! Thank you!

The hotel was unexpectedly satisfying. It's a haven of tranquility hidden in the hustle and bustle. The transportation around is convenient. It's within walking distance of Kuanzhai Alley and Kuixinglou Street, and there are many delicious foods. The hotel's environment, afternoon tea, and room facilities are all very satisfying. There's also a reading lounge with many great books, which the kids like too.

I love my stay in Xishu Garden in , the hotel is foreign friendly which is very important in china i stayed in the shared hostel room and it was very clean -I like that the bathroom was inside the room the location is amazing , it is not far from the metro and the area was lively but still quit inside the hotel - the breakfast was amazing mix of local and intercontinental option which was exceptional, the staff and the manager were very helpful and friendly.

Very good location. Short walk to metro where you can explore Chengdu. Heaps of great Restaurants nearby the hotel. Excellent breakfast, we loved the chinese noodles. Can only recommend to stay here.

We are really impressive with front desk staff. They were really helpful and showed their initiative to answer any questions from their clients. It was so good to have washing machine service in this hotel after we travelled from different cities. And we loved the Gym facilities . The location was great. It is so close to two different metro lines. Highly recommended. We would love to stay there again once we visiting Chengdu in the future.
