This hotel feels like you are staying in a cosy, warm home. The owner Marissa is so welcoming and caring. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is only a 5-10 minute walk down into the busy area of town, which is ideal as it’s located in a super quiet residential area. The breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful 3 days at Casa Werner. I fully recommend it. A short walk to the Llanquihue lake, a few minutes Uber to Puerto Varas where most of the tours depart. I had 2 wonderful dinners cooked by the lovely Yvonne and one hot tub session listening to the birds and taking photos! Brilliant. I met the owner and his son who were charming and taught me lots about the area and Chile. Couldn't fault anything.

This hotel is truly remarkable, offering splendid views of Lake Llanquihue and, when the skies are clear, an awe-inspiring sight of the Osorno volcano. The room we stayed in, which I believe is the finest, featured floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the lake and Osorno. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, with a generously sized and comfortable bed, our room surpassed high standards, including the well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were the best we've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and remarkably helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The property is something to behold; a blend of timber and the owner's (Victoria) own creative artistic touches and flourishes, from decorative details to general design. Great meals on a 7 day rotating menu and an wonderful owner/chef team only too willing to go the extra mile to bring drinks to your room! Victoria's from Argentina, speaks good English and brings a homely cultural flavour to the house.

The wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel. Good views from the restaurant area, the place was neat and tidy. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had a bus booked to Argentina where the bus company provided very little info, and the lovely staff at this hotel went out of their way to find timings and helped us book a car to drop us to the bus stop. Highly recommended!
