Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.

The apartment was great, clean and with all kind facilites. The bed was comfortable. The view was extraordinary. It was close to all facilites in Farellones área. The place was the perfect complement to our visit to the snow

The staff was very kind and supportive and it was very welcoming. Cutlery and kitchen staff all complete. Very nice balcony with a great view. Beds very comfortable.
