We loved everything about the accommodation. Everyone was very kind, especially Maria and Patricia, who welcomed us with great care and attention. The breakfast was excellent. You can notice the attention to detail in every little thing. The team is to be congratulated, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Easter Island. It is also important to highlight the great location, right in the center of Rangaroa, allowing easy walking access to the main spots and several restaurants nearby.

My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience and a great stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with a beautiful garden made it truly special. The owner has plenty of horses which were brought in in the morning which was a stunning scenery to watch. The short walk to town added convenience without sacrificing the peaceful retreat vibe. Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

The staff is really nice and welcoming, we had a great stay! They provide plenty of information about the island. The hotel is far enough from the ocean so you are safe in case of a tsunami alert, no evacuation needed! But still within walking distance from the ocean. We will stay there again when back in the island, thank you for everything.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chez Hiva. It is conveniently located for the airport, and the Ahu Tahai moai and the main shopping area of Hanga Roa are both within easy walking distance. We rented the Maíka duplex apartment, which was spacious and comfortably furnished. Our check-in went smoothly and Lorena the host was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is gated, so feels safe, and there is ample roadside parking outside, which is handy if you have a rental car.

This is a family-owned/run hotel that feels exactly that. You feel welcomed & valued at all times. Nicholas & Fernanda are the most helpful ‘front of house’ guys we’ve met on our 6-week trip so far. They are the best! Amazingly helpful. The hotel also hosts super-priced trips too - what a bonus!

The check in was very easy and the assistant very friendly and helpful. The apartment was big and clean. We didn't cook there, but you had the tools for that. They also lent us beach chairs and parasol. Great location, in front of the beach and in the centre of the town.

The hotel is set on beautiful grounds with a lovely swimming pool , the staff are super friendly and very helpful . The rooms were clean and had a good powerful shower the room also had good air conditioning and had a room safe . The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Good location, just 10-15 mins walk to the town centre and the sea side. Room is clean, but the bathroom is bit narrow. The staff is helpful, he gave us a lot of great suggestions about our trip. Nice breakfast but do not have many options.

Very close to the airport. Nice, small and comfortable hotel. Greatt bed, good breakfast, very nice and friendly staff. Cozy and great atmosphere. Would definitely go there again:-)!
