Great location with freebparking , and great view from room ,kid freindly

We really enjoyed the private spa stay in Sursee, It was truly a wonderful Experience. Future guests do check this place out. First its location is a bit odd, as it is situated in an industrial area, in an office building complex where there are other businesses. But once you enter the spa side of the building, you do enter a lovely space and you do quickly forget that you’re in an office complex. You get a lovely big whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open walk-in shower. There is a fridge filled with drinks and snacks “not included in on the cost, which would have been nice, but still with the supplied price list, the costs are acceptable. There is a Bluetooth speaker, a tv, and two air conditioners. One for tempature and the other for humidity. We did not use the Bluetooth speaker or the TV, so we can’t comment on that. You get 4 towels and 2 bath robes. And for all you smokers out there, there is a seperated smoking room. Just around the corner from the building where the room is located is a truly fantastic restaurant called Barrage, great food, awesome atmosphere, lovely dinner spot, 2 min drive, or a short walk. We also did not opt to have food service, so no breakfast or dinner. Mainly because we wanted to go out for dinner, and you need to leave at 10am in the morning sharp!, which for us, as parents of many kids, never getting the opportunity to sleep late, meant we slept as late as we could, and if we were to have breakfast, we would have needed a later check out time, and so we opted to sleep late, leave at 10 have a late breakfast elsewhere. This place does come recommended, our stay was fantastic, the Jacuzzi, so nice. If your goal is to relax, this is a great place to do it. Quiet, peaceful, Private, you get your own space to just chill out, and that is exactly what we got, it was really wonderful, I enjoyed every second of it, and do highly recommend this place.

One of the best spas. I enjoyed the depth of the pool, the temperature of the water is perfect, body temperature. Great bubbling and water pressure facilities. The steam room was fantastic, too: loved the temperature and eucalyptus essential oil. The room was spacious, really well-equipped. Comfortable bed and lovely view. Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious breakfast.

Good breakfast and anti mosquitoe screens in the windows! Very good choice, much better than a moldy, noisy, dry-air creating and not air renewing A/C unit. All you need from an hotel: a good night of sleep and a good breakfast. The rest is unnecessary. And there was ample free parking. Recommended.

Despite the fact that the hotel is between a street and a train track, it is quiet and charismatic. One can tell that the management and the staff is happy and all facilities are very modern and nicely composed. On top - the owner of the hotel is the chef and food is very good!!! Overall a very recommendable place.

The location was very convenient to the Sursee train station (6-7 minute walk)., and also convenient to the downtown. The hotel is modern and feels very new. The hotel staff is extremely kind and very helpful. All interactions with the staff were great. We were pleased with the breakfast was pretty good with a good selection. Sursee as a town felt like a town that "normal" Swiss people lived in and didn't feel like a tourist town (which we really enjoyed). At the three places in Sursee we ate at, we had great experiences and very good food. Sursee was about 17 minutes by train to Lucerne.

location was unbeatable. right opposite the station, 10min into old town by metro.
