The interior decoration of the Bungalow is lovely, excellent taste and very functional which makes it easy and pleasant to stay in the bungalow as a family of 4 (children aged 1 and 4). All of the stuff members were very friendly and human to all of us. Children were very welcome, even in the restaurant, which served excellent food. Breakfast was delicious, very good selection and variety of mainly regional products.

GermanyWe booked our stay at the hotel in early October. First off, the location is excellent—just a two-minute walk to the train station, with frequent trains to the city center taking about twenty minutes. By the way, Swiss public transportation runs much more punctually than Germany's. We parked in the underground garage. Since we initially couldn't figure out how to access it, the staff kindly escorted me there. At 18 Swiss francs per day, parking in Switzerland is reasonably priced and very secure. The staff may have forgotten to record our car's number plates, but upon discovering the issue during checkout, they proactively covered the cost and didn't charge us for parking. Their service was truly attentive. Additionally, our room was upgraded without request. It was clean, beautiful and fully equipped. Even with the windows closed during cold weather, train noise was barely audible. Furthermore, the restaurant service was excellent. Overall, we'll definitely book this hotel again when visiting Zurich next time.

A lovely small park just next to it, if you have a small kid. Facilities in the hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. One of my top 3 hotels so far , i have been to probably more than 100 hotels.
One special shout out to the staff. Service quality in Switzerland even for high end restaurants & hotels can be terrible sometimes. Service staff somehow can be entitled and may act rather rude around the country. So the Swiss hospitality is only a marketing gimmick in many occasions but not for this hotel. Lovely and friendly people. Very relatable and also professional at the same time. 11 over 10...

Absolutely amazed with level of comfort and standard of hotel , especially after reading some reviews. Beautiful , modern and well designed hotel, only approx 30 mins drive from Schwyz and Stoos funicular, next to the highway but well soundproofed so could not hear any noise from outside. Very spacies rooms and comfy beds. Free access to underground car park. Breakfast was excellent with variety of food for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shame could not stay longer. Would definitely book again for future stay in that area. Highly recommend

The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)

Wonderful location right on the lake, stunning views from the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Dinner in the main steakhouse restaurant is achingly expensive (though probably not for the wealthy locals), but fabulous. Ten minute walk from train station.

The new lobby and upgrades to hotel lounge were excellent. New drink stations makes the rooms more spacious - nice extras with Yoga mat, rucksack and free bikes for hire which made our stay perfect to explore.

Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around.
Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around. It has a quaint centre and a beautiful waterfront. Easy travel into Zurich by train. Easy travel to mountains and skiing by train or car.
Good supermarkets with good opening hours.
We didn’t try the restaurants as we were visiting relatives but we did get a great takeaway - burritos. You can even swim in Lake Zurich by walking down to the waterside at various points.

Rapperswil-Jona is an absolutely beautifully pretty little...
Rapperswil-Jona is an absolutely beautifully pretty little historical town with everything you need. It has an abundance of restaurants of all types, some in tiny little cobbled back streets and many overlooking the lake. The best thing we found during our stay was the superb lake swimming area. There are purpose built changing rooms, life guards, a café, sun-decks, showers and a large protected area of the lake for swimming, plus a couple of floating deck-islands if you fancy a bit of on water relaxing. We swam every morning before breakfast, which was fabulous and really a pleasure once you got in the water. You can walk to the swimming area up through the castle.

Lovely town with a variety of shops , has good rail links and also lake transport really enjoyed the portofino restaurant as well as meals at the Serdatis Hotel and the Alex H|otel restaurant which has an amazing view over Zurich lake

Meilen is a pleasant lakeside place with a grassy lido, next to Zurichsee (Lake Zurich). It has a mainline train station and is mid-way between Zurich and Rapperswil - the latter being a nice lake-side place to visit with mediaeval architecture and plenty of restaurants. It also has a couple of ferry options for getting across the lake to, for example, the Lindt Home of Chocolate Musuem/Factory. Quiet place.
