We love the place, so clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great too many choices—beautiful view of the Zurich lake. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only thing we don't like is that we need to leave early to go to another place. I would love to stay more and relax. Highly recommended!

We booked our stay at the hotel in early October. First off, the location is excellent—just a two-minute walk to the train station, with frequent trains to the city center taking about twenty minutes. By the way, Swiss public transportation runs much more punctually than Germany's. We parked in the underground garage. Since we initially couldn't figure out how to access it, the staff kindly escorted me there. At 18 Swiss francs per day, parking in Switzerland is reasonably priced and very secure. The staff may have forgotten to record our car's number plates, but upon discovering the issue during checkout, they proactively covered the cost and didn't charge us for parking. Their service was truly attentive. Additionally, our room was upgraded without request. It was clean, beautiful and fully equipped. Even with the windows closed during cold weather, train noise was barely audible. Furthermore, the restaurant service was excellent. Overall, we'll definitely book this hotel again when visiting Zurich next time.

The location was wonderful. A view of the Zürisee, near the train station, but not so near that you could hear the trains. A delicious breakfast included in the price of the booking.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.
