Brand new rooms, high quality furnishings, comfy bed with very nice bed sheets. 5 minute walk to the Hannigalp ski lift. Well insulated so the noise from the bars in the area did not bother us.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center, close to the ski lift (5 minute walk). Brand new rooms with quality furniture, comfy bed, nice sheets. Shower has good water pressure which is nice after a day of skiing. Windows are well insulated so the noise from the bars did not bother us at all.

The location for ski is WOW. the locatin for view is WOW. the staff left us the key to our room on the front desk as we came in very vary late. Fantastic service.

Love the authenticity and real Swiss culture, food, atmosphere and hospitality. The restaurant was excellent and we had a full Swiss experience with traditional food, live music and cheerful guests and staff 10 out of 10!

We arrived late and stressed after a stuff up by another hotel, and from the first conversation ('everything is OK, I will be here') the Hotel Eden excelled. We had a delightful room with a spectacular view of the Weisshorn range, a lovely view and Grächen is a great town. But Kurt and Gisela are the reason that Hotel Eden is next level - such friendly, caring and attentive hosts, they define hospitality. I hope we have an opportunity to return for a longer stay.

Owners very hospitable. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with a private bathroom. Coffee or tea was available in the dining room anytime. Breakfast was generous. I arrived early due to bad weather and as my room was available I was allowed to check in early. I very much appreciated this.
