Wow. What a great hotel. From the moment we arrived, to the time we left. I am a very frequent traveler and have high standards. This hotel shatters all previous standards of excellence. On arrival, we were provided with a restaurant recommendation for lunch - which was great. When we got back, our luggage was already in our room. Everything is included - snacks, water, drinks in the fridge. I had laundry, and it was done immediately - at no charge! We also used their recommendation for a raclette dinner and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience for our whole family.

Rooms are spacious for a family of four, my kids have 2 single beds, and we have our own little kitchen to cook our meals. The beds are so comfy, and the living room is massive. I like the layout of our room, too. The price of the hotel is within budget, which is really good. It's located at the centre of GENEVA, so you can walk around shopping malls or visit the touristy stuff. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, not too fancy. The building is old but very clean, and for me, im okay with vintage touch hotels.

The room was big and beds were mostly comfortable. Even though there was no air conditioning, it wasn’t unbearable because the hotel furnished the room with a powerful fan. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was good—especially with a friendly feline to keep us company :) I also appreciated greatly that they provided shampoo and body wash in the bathroom—that was a big help at the end of our trip.

Great location, easy to reach by car. Only a few minutes walk to reach the bus stop and about 10-15 minutes later you're in the center of Geneva. We used public transport a lot, no searching for parking spaces for us ;) Location is great to start your trips elsewhere, fast connection available to major roads. Breakfast was great too, everyone had plenty things to choose. Friendly staff too!

Geneva is a wonderful place to visit and taking trains/buses to other towns is very easy. Geneva could be your central hub where you could experience other parts of Switzerland and France and discover all the beautiful surrounding towns like Montreux, Gstadd, Annecy etc.

The hotel was well situated with great views over the lake and easy transport into Geneva as the bus and train station is only about 200 metres away. The local area is very clean and with a selection of places to eat - including an excellent Chinese restaurant 5 ,minutes walk away.

Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still...

Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still advertising the Subject Property in Vesenaz because the latter has claimed that it has stopped accepting bookings since the start of the year, and so why did the former take my money/claimed my booking was confirmed. The decent thing to do Booking.Com is not only return my money, but also compensate me for painstakingly finding a substitute accommodation that is almost four times more expensive than the Subject Property that failed/refused me entry on 28 March 2023.

A great place to stay!

A great place to stay! The host is such an amazing person and easily approachable. The apartment was so clean with all necessary facilities and my family as a whole enjoyed a lot and I would rate this apartment as the best ever I've stayed so far. Highly recommend! Very good for the pricing.

For such a famous name, Geneva feels more like a big town than a city and is a pretty place but not long on knockout world-class sites. It has the jet d'eau and a floral clock but is also a great base for exploring this corner of the world.

A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

transport system is fabulous, train straight into geneva...

transport system is fabulous, train straight into geneva from the airport or you can get the bus just outside arrivals to continue elsewhere. your hotel gives you a free Geneva travel pass which means you can hop on off trams trains and buses to get around the district. Geneva itself is a lovely city to walk around which we did until our feet decided they had had enough. during our stay we also took the flix bus to Annecy and explored that area as well.

For a small town -- great restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing. Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful. Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.
