I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its parking places outside - no extra cost.

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. The hotel in general was beautiful, they even decorated our room for my partner’s birthday! Great breakfast, comfortable parking lot at a reasonable price, a few great restaurants to try just in front of the hotel. We also adored Treetop Walk, amazing attraction really well done right next to the hotel and had a discount with the Guest Card! The highlight of our trip were the spas! The hotel’s Spa was just perfect, and with the Spa Around offer we got free access to a few other spa’s in the area. Loved it!

Close proximity to Flem Xpress and Arena Express - only 3 minutes on foot. Greatly recommended for keen skiers and snowboarders. A'la carte menu in Bellevue restaurant is great. For sure I will come back.

We came to Cresta already third year. Location is good in very calm place but easy to get to center and ski-lift. Outdoor pool and saunas are very nice. Breakfast and dinner were good. We were with little baby and found even playing zone with kitchen and a lot of good toys. Staff is kind. Will be happy return again.

This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.

Nice ski resort, but like all very weather dependent. We were unlucky with pretty heavy winds and half of LAAX ski area was closed down (however same ticket price, no deduction) and we ended up spending most of the time in queuing for the ski lifts

Great place for hikers and bikers.

Great place for hikers and bikers. Cable car or Post Bus takes you all the way to the top of the mountains from where you can either bike down or hike down back to the Flims town. Caumasee is a must visit and is only 5 minutes Bus ride and 10 minutes walk from this property.

As a matter of fact every thing was fine and there is no complaining. - resturants were very close to us - Mostly I enjoy the atmospher and I don't remeber what we eat, mostly remember how many good beer I had :) - The Flims are was so clean and saftly you can walk around without any problem - Shopping and Telecabine
