Room was simple and clean with amazing huge windows. Staff so helpful, and let us leave our bags. Loved the breakfast spread (+1 for having gluten free muesli), and being able to borrow a hiking rucksack was very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer. If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. Convenient parking right outside was a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Great breakfast, bar, and spa, with convenient access to the garage and a grocery store located within the building. While there's no pool, the spa, with its three saunas, especially the Finnish one, was a standout, offering a stunning view of the valley. The hotel is located at the bottom of the ski slope, in summer a great starting point for numerous hiking routes.

Offering a nice interior, free Wi-Fi and Arena Lodge is just 50 metres from the mountain railways. Arena Lodge offers rooms with a cable TV, radio and themed décor.

Great facilities for guests. Free coffee pod machine to use and a small shared fridge was very handy. Location is right next to gondola. Grill house restaurant opposite was excellent for a large and filling meal. Best aspect of arena lodge was the incredible service from the reception staff. I wish I had asked her name. She helped us discover Flims and recommended some excellent walks and Caumasee for a swim.

Cosy, clean and quiet. Well connected to Laax ski lifts and Flims by bus. The bus stop isn’t even 1 minute walk from the hotel! Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

The "Soldanella" rooms are connected to the Hotel Adula by a short underground passageway, which is about a 2-3 minute walk at most, so in our opinion this can be counted like any other room in the hotel. - Bedroom was of a good size. The sofas and balconys were welcome additions. - Bedding was of exceptional quality. - Bedroom temperature was good, not too hot or too cold. - Reception staff were efficient and spoke good english. We arrived early and the bedroom wasn't available, the reception arranged for the staff to take our luggage to the room later without us event having to request it! - The spa/wellness area was great, with a large indoor pool and also good size outdoor jacuzzi/hot-tub pool. - Breakfast was varied and of good quality, even though the hotel was "fully booked" it never felt too busy or crowded. - The ski-minibus shuttle service was very efficient with pickups outside the ski room to directly to the lift station (and reverse). When booking, we thought that this may have been a gimmic, but were very impressed by the frequent service. - Getting to the hotel is very easy as it is convinently located a few minutes walk away from the post-bus stop with express busses to Chur for onward travel to Zurich.
