It was a pleasure to stay at this nice hotel with a central location. We have very delicious dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and were really satisfied with it. The room was lovely comfortable. We are planning to visit the hotel in the future some more times.

It has a wonderful location, with friendly staff, they make you feel special from the first entrance. you say I'm glad I came. The hotel, which is already good so far, offers a free roaming pass, a discounted pass to many places and a map of the city without you having to ask. All this is marvellous.

This hotel offers ultimate luxury from start to finish. The style is traditional, everything is impeccably maintained, and the entire place is spotless. The staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfect, and the breakfast, cakes, and other treats were outstanding. Our room was extremely comfortable and very quiet. Every piece of furniture and every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered and was in perfect condition. They provided robes, slippers, shoehorns, an umbrella, and more. The welcome treats included fresh fruit, chocolates, and a little Eurovision-themed cake. In the evenings, they tidied the room for turndown service, closed the curtains, and neatly arranged our belongings. The corridors were carpeted with a thick central runner, which meant we never heard anyone passing by, even though the hotel was fully booked. We were also given a jar of hotel jam to take away with us and we can't wait to try it. If you’re considering this hotel and can afford the price tag, you will not be disappointed. Book it.

Its location right beside the Basel central tram station (which is right beside the Basel SBB train station) was very convenient. There were some inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood as well as grocery stores. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection of breads including the brioche / butter zopfbrot. The staff were very helpful, and were able to help us with our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and modern, with great use of wood details and stone textures. Great views from being one of the few tall buildings in the area.

Good place to stay in Basel. All needed in a walk distance, including COOP supermarket. The room has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a safe. So all packed, everything is fine. The stuff is exceptional, always there to help.
