The staff on the front desk were exceptional. They went out of their way to make us more comfortable after arriving from Berlin on the overnight train. The room was large and with a very cool and funky interior design. The breakfast was very good. The position is perfect for a short visit to Basel.

We absolutely loved our stay. The newly renovated spaces are so warm and welcoming. The little touches like the great smelling hand soap and shampoos were incredible. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and were impressed. The staff were all so helpful and kind. We loved the waterfall shower and the lovely towels. The added touch of the Basler Pass was incredible!

Location is great, right on the main railway station, easy to visit nearby cities such as Colmar. Luggage storage is very convenient, if you arrive early or if your departure flight is late. The room and especially the white bed sheets are perfectly clean, and the bed is comfortable! The room has sufficient comfort.
